Good hotel and excellent location

This hotel is worth staying at, we were there for 7 nights and it was very pleasant, the restaurant was great food, but don’t expect a 3 course meal, but plenty of variety from pizza , chips chicken stakes to local or European cuisine, and loads of salads and sweets and cakes. The lady making my omelette was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice and was cleaned regularly. I would stay here again as all the the local sight seeing things are so close and the shops are a walking distance away.

I enjoyed the whole experience. Pro's & Cons. Pros; The hotel food was really good. I really appreciate that for the 7 nights I stayed, there was different types of food available. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to print out our boarding passes by the reception free of charge. My room was cleaned everyday and the cleaner reminded me to change the sign on my door if it needed cleaning, as I was quite forgetfull. I wish I saw the lady who cleaned my room the day I left so I could tip her. There are events for the children every evening, which was entertaining for them and kept them happy. The location was perfect because once we stepped out of the hotel, the beach was a minute away, there restauarents, supermarkets, convenience stores and clothing stores scattered everywhere. This is a really good hotel which was a great price booked here on expedia. Cons; The hotel room we booked stated "Double Bed" once I booked it. We were given 2 single beds pushed together. The sleep I had because of this was uncomfortable every night. The change of towels provided by hotel cleaning staff had stains on them, which I gladly didn't use. It is impossible to get a sunbed at the hotel because people would leave there towels at night and hotel staff would take them off and put them all back by 6am. 7 nights and not a single time could I get a decent sunbed as they were all unfairly hogged by people. And when you go to the beach they charge you for them.

Friendly staff and friendly guests.Hotel is in an ideal location overlooking beautiful promenade and Cleopatra beach.Cable cars to Alanya Castle are just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK

This hotel is advertised as all inclusive but there are much better hotels to select than this one. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms so you have to be in the lobby to connect. The cleaners forgot to clean our room one day which I don't understand as they saw us leave the room in the morning. The reception staff are rude and not welcoming at all, they simply dont care about the guests with their indifferent attitude. If you have a transfer booked or excursion pick up, the driver will approach reception to be told they can't help him, even though the receptionist can see us in the lobby?There is a constant sewer smell in the bathroom and sometimes in the room. The waiters are friendly but sometimes cross the line by asking for Instagram details, we don't really need the hassle inside the hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and you are forbidden to bring any food or drinks from outside of the hotel. They refuse card payments and want cash only. Don't bother with the pool it's always packed and not that big for a 4* and don't bother asking for an iron because they won't give you one. Very quick to pass your details without permission to next door tour agents. The positive - the chefs were very kind and remembered our food preferences so they saved us a little when we came late for breakfast one morning. Food generally is good and we could find something to eat and enjoy. The room is nice and big and beds are comfortable. We had a balcony and beach is close by.

Binanin yaninda insaat yapiliyordu ve bu yuzden gunduz vakti cok fazla gurultu vardi. Ayrica plajlari ozel degil ve gosterileri (cocuk gosterisi haric) cok guzel degildi. Yemekleri cok guzeldi ve calisanlar cok iyidi.

Nice friendly staff always on hand to help. local amenities are excellent everything is a stones throw away. My second time going back to the sane hotel in 2 years. Will be going back again

Otel de 5 gün 4 gece kaldık .çalışanlar çok iyi bir kişi hariç ismini hatırlamıyorum.yemekleri kahvaltısı tatlı vs çok iyiydi .günde 4-5 defa elektrik kesintisi oluyordu.son gece 2 gibi elektrik kesildi 5 buçuk gibi geldi. Mahvolduk sıcaktan uyuyamadık .onun dışında güzel bir otel .temizlik çok beğenmedim.otopark küçük ücretsiz.havuzdan sorumlu abi çok iyiydi .çocuklarla ilgilenen bayan da iyiydi.çocuklarla ilgileniyordu.genel olarak çalışanlar çok iyiydi teşekkürler

Yemekler olsun çalışanların tutumu olsun çok güzeldi.tekrar tercih edilir.Tek rahatsız olduğum nokta plajda şenzloglarının otel misafirlerine bile ücretli olmasıydı buna şaşırdım gerisi 10/10

Yemekler harikaydı odalar çok iyidi , temizlikçiler özellikle sürekli temzilik gerekiyor mu diye sordular. Fakat yemekhane personellerine puanım 0. Sürat asık ve bişey isterken küfür eder gibi bakıyorlar. Kesinlikle uyarılmaları gerekiyor. Geriye kalan herşey çok güzel. Havuz muazzam.

Gayet güzel bir tatil oldu bizim için iki aile gittik.hizmet olsun ,ilgi alaka olsun gayet güzeldi.ozellike animasyon ekibi olan iki arkadaş işlerinde çok başarılilar.

Herşey çok güzeldi personeller güler yüzlüydü yemekleri harikaydı bir hafta boyunca günde 3 öğünden fazla yedik resmen yemeklere doyduk :)

Kiva hotelli, viihtyisä huone ja hyvä sänky. Hyvä ruoka ja laaja valikoima. Allasalue aika pieni. Kuntoiluhuoneesta puuttui juoksumatto. Hyvä sijainti rannan vieressä, helppo lähteä kävelyille.

Very nice hotel

veldig sentralt hotell, nyrenoverte værelser, rett ved strandpromenaden, lekker park 40 meter unna, med en mengde sportsaktiviteter, basketbane, tennisbane, trimfasiliteter, alt gratis, og lekre fellesområder deilig mat, litt mutt betjening

Ich war begeistert von den Zimmern und der Umgebung und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Allgemeinen. Sehr unzufrieden war ich mit dem Service und den Angestellten die mir so rüber kamen als hätten sie keine Lust auf ihre Arbeit. Als ich später fragte wieviel es kosten würde das Hotel zu verlängern für einige Tage, antwortete man mir an der Rezeption 100€ pro Nacht. Ich hab das selbe Hotel mit den selben Konditionen bei Expedia wieder für um die 70€ finden können…

Central beliggenhed, dejligt nyrenoveret & fantastisk oplevelse som altid. Min 3. Gang i Kahya Hotel hvor hver ny gang overgår den den anden. Tak for alt! På gensyn!
