We used this hotel before whenever we travel out East in Turkey. It's very affordable for a one night stopover. The location is great, and there is on-site free parking. This time, the reception was very helpful. They helped us with parking and allowed us to store our bicycles in the lobby for safety. The beds were comfortable and clean sheets and pillow cases. The a/c worked well. Breakfast was provided but it was not as good as the last time. Last time, there were more hot food items, and just more variety in general. We understand, because during the Covid restrictions, there is a limited amount of guests. But our children were really looking forward to the börek, and more options. But it was okay.

Modern hotel in older part of samsun. Comfortable 1 night stay. Good breakfast on terrace upstairs with great view of the city. Kettle in room which I like. No complaints. Would come again.

The Hotel seems to be generally in poor condition. The shower outlet was broken from the wall and we had to stick the screws gently into the hole to use it. The air conditioning would only run for one hour and then shut off. We had to turn it back on every hour. The shower doors were very difficult to move in their tracks. The pillows are too large and uncomfortable. Also, the refrigerator would not work even after the staff tried to get it functioning. The breakfast was just okay, but there was no hot food. Generally low-priced, but not a good value. I do not know why they have a high rating. Will not stay there again.

The property is ok and it is the second time we use it as a travel hub, the room is very spacious and the hotel is in a great location close to market. The bathroom however had mold causing smell to slightly spread in room when opinning the bathroom. Diffenately needs maintenance and update. But with room price, it was ok.

Room comfortable and quite large. Beds comfortable and clean. Shower very good, however i was at first confused as to where the shower head was but found it in ceiling! Tea and coffee and kettle in room. Fridge and several bottles of water also. Staff were friendly and obliging. Breakfast buffet also excellent. Definitely value for money too.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. We used this hotel as a pitstop during our long 2-day road trip. On our way there we stayed here, and on our way back we also stayed here. It goes to show that we stayed here on the way back too. If the first stay was bad, we would've easily cancelled this place. Check-in was easy and quick. A/c worked well. Beds were satisfactory. There was another leak under our sink but they fixed it right away. We'll definitely use this place again on our next travels through Samsun. I loved the free parking in front of the hotel and great walking location to all shops, restaurants, and markets nearby. Even walking distance to the sea.

Great service and communication. Fairly new and modern design and decor. The breakfast was very delicious. We had a small leak under our sink but they fixed it promptly. There is free parking on the premises in front of the hotel entrance. The location is great. You can walk to nearby restaurants and near the beach and sea. They also provided free bottles of water and tea/coffee in your room. Just a little extra dusting would be nice, but mostly clean in my opinion.

This is a good mid range choice in a handy location. It’s clean, tidy, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast is buffet style and typically Turkish. I found the staff to be particularly welcoming and friendly and they have enough English to be helpful generally. The only disappointing thing is the wifi which is steady, but weak.

The rooms and cleanliness were good and it was in the city center, but there was one HUGE problem, we literally could not sleep until morning, the noise coming from outside (some motor right at the window) did not let us sleep. Hotel staff could give us a room without any noise, especially the hotel was not booked much. Disappointed
