Reservations are rejected by the front office even though the voucher has been issued by Traveloka. Front office is not friendly and tends to be arrogant. We were left to wait for up to 3 hours until we finally gave up and chose another hotel to stay. The area around the hotel is also a lot of night clubs, so it is not suitable for families. Very not recommended.
