If you have family to sleep early do not take this hotel . There is music until 3 am every night . Can not sleep at all. Room service is not routine . You have to ask them to clean your room .

We arrived and our room as very small so we asked to switch rooms to the nicer room (Jacuzzi suite). That took over 50 minutes at the front desk trying to get approval from the manager (who was not present) and calling Expedia. I couldn’t believe how long that process took… we showed them the price of the nicer room on Expedia and the manager said that price was impossible and that it would be much more than that, so that took even longer to deal with. Although the room looked a lot better and was much more spacious, there were quite a few issues. The water was yellow, so I didn’t want to take a bath, possibly due to rust in the pipes? I kept the water on for quite some time in hopes the water would eventually be whiter, it subsided a bit. The fridge in our room didn’t work at all, they said they would come and fix it but never did. There was mold on the wall near my side of the bed. Looked like sheet rock but it was bubbled out, white powder was falling on the floor from the wall and onto the nightstand. There is music every night until about 4am because there’s a nightclub right outside the hotel. If this is somewhere you’re looking to go for relaxation, this not the place. In the daytime the area is great because you’re right next to Taxim square and the main shopping area is there, but I would say it’s more so for college students and not couples looking for a getaway.

This hotel is very well placed. Rooms adequate My last stay did have some problems. If you stay over the weekend expect noise from the bars. Bathroom had on this stay serious drainage problems including toilet

We chose the hotel based onthe location, we needed a hotel close to taksim because our pickup for out tour to Troy was at 545am. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. Shower water was hot , we didnt experience aything else of the hotel as we arrived almost at 9pm . Lots of places to grab a meal within the same little Street

My suite had the jetted tub in it an it was amazing. The architecture in our room was lovely along with the painting.

The location is very noisy up to 4 o'clock in the morning. It is more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. Rooms are not cleaned well. The reception is a disaster. Comparing to the pictures they have put on their website, the hotel and the rooms are small and not good located.

The hotel itself is nice but the bed sheets and the towels had stain and the bathtub has hair everywhere. However if you like the noisy busy Taksim location the this hotel is a good choice but, you have 0 access to taxi and have to walk so much to get to main roads, plus the hotel is right next two night clubs with constant loud music until 3 - 4am. The hotel staff were polite but we did not like the neighbourhood nor the shisha places surrounded. I was disappointment of the hotel and the price we paid for it.

Everything was perfectly

Very small rooms with nice interiors bathrooms are extra small car or taxi cannot come to the hotel have to walk with luggage to the property club noise throughout night till morning in rooms very disturbing lift very very small. Staff very few people and elder people not facilitating. Not a place to live with family. Only hobeymooners or individuals.

My family and I stayed there for 7 days; I could not sleep till 3 am (there is a noisy club right next to the hotel that plays music till 3 am every NIGHT) it was the most horrible trip that I ever had.

The stay was terrible. Pictures below. Noise, until 8AM banging club music. The manager? Shrugs his shoulder and does nothing. The reception? Calls me at 7AM 2x wrong room. Bloody bed sheet. Broken power plug. Holes in the towels and stain. Walls and furniture, cracks, and other damages. White slippers? Yellow! Like someone pee in them. The hanger in the closet fell off, right on my foot as I hanged my 2nd jacket. I would recommend this only if you: 1. Don't want to sleep at all. 2. Dont care about the service. 3. It's the only option left on earth. Unless your floor is 5th (highest floor) skip this experience. Even this floor was banging loud. As a hotelier myself, I understand some issues but not at this degree. No way in hell I would recommend this to my enemies. We have 1st floor, 2nd floor, 4 and 5th floor experience for all that I wrote. Several rooms. Not judging based on 1.

Good location for shopping (off Istiklal). Very busy & noisy around the hotel at night (clubs & live music bars). Very friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable & spacious room (suite with jet bath), but needs a refresh

This hotel is located on an alleyway by İstiklal Street, the main street for food and shopping in Taksim Square. Great location and quiet room despite being so close to one of the busiest streets in the world. The room was good, comfortable bed, but the shower pressure and temperature was continuously variable, scalding me at times. The lift was slow and the staff were just ok, nothing to praise about. The aircon failed for a few hours but the staff tried to fixed as soon as possible. When I asked about the mini fridge not working since I arrived, I was told it is just for “storage”! So if you’re looking for cold drinks in the hot summer weather, forget about it! The hotel is ok, but I still recommend it due its location. Amenities and staff could do with little improvement.

I don’t recommend this hotel Lousy, loud noise day and night from the area, rooms are too tight and small

The location is excellent in the first quarter of istiklal st. in a very busy area, but the corridor where the hotel is crowded with Arabic cafes which make it a little noisy. The hotel overall is very good but be aware the room is small it's almost for a single use.
