My Assos Hotel

They should pay more attention on cleaning! The room wasn’t so clean when we check in , a lots of dust. The rest was ok , room was big enough, staff very friendly and nice !

Smell like sewage in the room and bathroom its look like sometime room was flooded so lots of black spot on the floor a/c was not working properly i put on high but its takes hours to be improve temperatur i take off my shirt i didnt need to use comforter i complain but they didnt fix

Good hotel. Simple.. No frills. Close to lots of good restaurants 15-20 mins walk to the blue mosque area. 10 mins walk to the Grand bazaar. Lots of trams and buses around. They made a really beautiful gesture for my little boys birthday by bringing him a cake to our room with candles. Thank you The rooms might be basic but there are large. We had a double bed and two single beds. There was plenty of space in the room. Water bottles, slippers and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was basic. Could do with some fresh fruit. I asked for some things and the kitchen staff were happy to help.. This is an old city but adequate for our weekend break. Thank you.

It was not similar to its pics in the web. It is at most a 2-star hotel.

The worst place I've ever stayed in. The staff was nice and helpful but other than that the cleaning service sucks. We had a bracelet stolen from us and they didn't do anything about it. The area is very noisy also.

Overall good and clean hotel staff is friendly and helpful , for this price really good hotel .

The heating system of the hotel and the room was very weak and useless, the air in the room was really cold and they did not take care of it every time we informed them, the condition of the breakfast was not good at all, and the facilities you mentioned in the hotel, such as the bar, etc., did not exist at all. By the way, the photo of the terrace that you posted was not available for the hotel at all. Please let us know in the next reviews.

The hotel Offer spa THERE IS NO SPA..the hotel offer room service NO ROOM SERVICE..the hotel offer terrace restaurant THAT DOESNT EXIST, rude front desk personnel, NO ICE IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL, the first day the house keeping lady entered our room with a men!!! We were sleeping and they decided check the toilet, a men inside our room without permission!! Unacceptable.... terrible hotel go to another place Please!!

Hotel in very nice location, it has very bad breakfast, cooperative staff, nobody put face mask including restaurant staff although we told them to put mask, i booked with 937 Turkish leer they forced me to get 1060 Turkish leer

Location was close to grand bazaar , and that’s it , nothing more

Don't recommend those who travelling with families,pathetic hotel not a four star in any way, washroom are clogged lights are fused,leakage everywhere.the staff on the reception always said tomorrow he will change the room each and every one who check in.but that tomorrow never comes feel like haunted hotel like hotel transvellia because no lights in corridor and in hotel lobby,very bad location on stiff hill

The hotle had good location in the centre of old town, walking distance to Grand bazar and not far from Blue Mosque. It is a small hotle. When we arrived to Istambul airport we couldn't find our transfer shuttle and had to use metro snd then trumway to get to the hotel( about an hour) After leaving the last stop it was heavy raining and took us a while to find it.After changing we were very tired and also hungry. Asked at the reception for s good place to eat. He recommend a restaurant called Calamar fish bar close by. We were very disappointed by the service and food of the place. The Kebab was not cooked properly and had to cook it again, the tast and quality was very poor plus it was more expensive. So that was not a good start for our first stay in this beautiful city. The room had tea and coffee making facilities but smelled during the night( old carpet) very noisy(no double glasing) and we couldn't close the window properly. The breakfast was also very basic. May be this hotle is good for the small traders who are coming to buy staff locally not for tourists or holiday makers. Apart from the hotle, the area was very good. The Grand bazaar was amazing, the blue masque and other local shops were beautiful. The people in general were very kind, friendly and honest. We had a great time during our stay and would recommend Turkey one of our favourite holiday destination.

Rude workers and don't try to take this hotel bad hotel no things clean bad location and the taxi can't reach to this hotel also on the night they quit electersity

The hotel is an old building location on a hill so you need good exercise every day to go out and in , also all SPA service is not free you have to pay . The breakfast is moderate it can't be a 4 star hotel breakfast . The hotel location is beside all transportation and sight seeing can be done only by walking distances , also it is near the fish market restaurants 10 min walking.

they were not good hotel

We could not get the A/C to work very well, and the location of the hotel was not the best. The picture of the exterior of the hotel is not what the hotel looks like. And I'm not sure which interior rooms the hotel posted, but they must be in the Penthouse, because our room was small and cramped - nothing like the photos. Could not get the internet password to work. Only stayed 1 night, so didn't check the other ammenities

A few things weren't great - the air conditioning didn't work and the heat was stifling, the showers were cold and took ages to warm up, the rooms are small (but if you've stayed at Boutique hotels in Europe this is not that different) but the staff really try hard to make your stay a good one.
