Beautiful big property, beautiful pool, good food,, very delicious sweets , delicious cakes, very beautiful view from our balcony to the pool and a beach, friendly, helpful stuff, very clean, big rooms, great place to stay, bus just outside the hotel, just waive and bus will stop by, no need to walk to the bus stop, take bus #30 and it’s about 40 minutes ride to the kleopatra beach and city center, very helpful and much cheaper than taking taxi, it will take you to the last stop, bus station and you can take different busses from there to the places you want to visit. Tell the driver where you going and he will tell you where to get off the bus.

Lovely hotel,with welcoming staff. Loved the food,too many choice didn't know what to eat😊 stayed with my three kids 12 and 4years old.they loved it and didn't want to come back.the only dislike was that family rooms were all in ground floor with no view. Full of entertainment every night.my little girl loved kids disco.highly recommended for families with kids.perfect view of sea with water sports available in very good prices.had Turkish hamam with massage 💆.while my stay didn't see any English speakers.mostly German and Dutch.very little English speaker staff.sometimes u find hard to get to something or somewhere because of lack of English. Bazar and shops just stay out of it,its rip off no price on any of them.they give price by ur look and ur nationality. Some places do have price tag but triple ir above.so be careful.over all a lovely experience and do want to go again😊

We visited this hotel after recomendation of friends. It is very good for famalies with kids 2-12 y.o. and quite rest. Animation is rather poor as well as night programs. Tennis courts are in bad condition. Wi-Fi periodically escaped. Feeding was not bad, but not enough fruits and berries. Sea was very warm, clean and interesting for snorking. Hotel located seperately from other hotels and rather far from lacalities.

Wir waren vom Oz Incekum Beach Resort enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand: Ameisen im Zimmer und sogar im Bett, tropfende Klimaanlage, kaputte Duscharmatur, abgenutzte Fernbedienungen/Telefon/Fön sowie stinkende, fleckige und zerfledderte Handtücher. Das Doppelbett war mit ca. 140 cm viel zu klein. Die Badfliesen waren extrem rutschig – trotz Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde keine Lösung angeboten, sondern nur auf „Standards“ verwiesen. Dazu kamen verschmutzte Fenster, Duschglas und Gardinen, schlechte Beleuchtung, eine verzogene Zimmertür und aufgequollene Badezimmertür. Auch der starke Chlorgeruch war unangenehm. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig; ohne Ohrstöpsel und Schlafmaske war Schlaf kaum möglich. Positiv war nur der Stauraum für zwei Koffer. Auch Restaurant und Service überzeugten nicht: Kellner waren unkoordiniert, kamen selten an den Tisch, Gläser wurden am Trinkrand angefasst. Geschirr und Besteck wirkten alt, oft dreckig oder beschädigt; Pappbecher weichten schnell auf und färbten teils ab. Der Speisesaal war heiß, laut und unsauber, das Buffet wurde kaum gepflegt, Salat/Tomaten waren schlecht gewaschen. Die Auswahl war groß, aber geschmacklich meist enttäuschend – Getränke stark verdünnt und oft nicht verfügbar. Strandliegen, Stühle und Tennisausrüstung waren alt, dreckig oder defekt, der Pool roch muffig. Das Personal war wenig freundlich, teils unangenehm aufdringlich. Nach dem Hamam bekam ich juckenden roten Ausschlag. Für uns absolut keine Empfehlung.

Klimaanlagen sind nicht ausreichend. (Restaurant und Lobby) Ich muss als Gast beim Abendessen nicht schwitzen wie in der Sauna. Das Hotel punktet mit seiner Lage und freundlichem Personal, z.b. in der Lobbybar die Bedienung Emine war sehr freundlich und Nett.

Unser Urlaub Anfang Mai 2025 war eine gelungene Auszeit in diesem Hotel! Jeder Mitarbeiter ist uns gegenüber freundlich und professionell aufgetreten. Die Anlage an sich ist zwar kein Neubau, aber alles war zu jeder Zeit sauber und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Einzig negativ muss man die recht hellhörige Akustik in den Zimmern bewerten. Die Zimmertüren schließen schlecht ab, sodass man alles mitbekommt, was sich vor der Tür abspielt. Genau so ist es mit der Toilettenspülung. Gehen die Nachbarn duschen oder betätigen die Spülung, bekommen das alle anliegenden Zimmer mit. Aber halb so wild, denn wir waren den ganzen Tag ohnehin auf der Anlage unterwegs! Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hier her kommen.

Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr große Essenauswahl. Jeden tag ein anderes Programm. Die Anlage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige was ich negativ bewerten kann, ist teilweise das dreckige Geschirr und Besteck. Werde aber wieder meinen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Super fint hotel, der var stort udvalg af mad, det smagte dog ikke af meget, ift tyrkiske standarder udover deres friske gözleme. Hotellet har et kæmpe problem med gæster der reserverer liggestole og ikke kommer tilbage, og de burde fjerne håndklæderne så der er plads til andre. Vi havde desværre ikke mulighed for at være ved poolen, da vores barn stadig kræver skygge og der var aldrig liggestole tilbage selvom over halvdelen var tomme. Personalet var sødt og hjælpsomt, gode faciliteter, pænt hotel.
