Romance Beach Hotel

Maybe better if room was cleaned when we were out. Ok thanks to the staff for knocking when we were in the room. Clean towels and bedding is a must each day . There is room for improvement with choices at breakfast with lack of hot drinks like tea and coffee. These little things make for a good start to the day.

Very good beach very clean room friendly staff

This 4 star romance hotel was my very bad experience with as my wife and Me booked for one night in this hotel where we surprised that this hotel does not deserve more than one star and here is this brief: in the beginning when we tried to enter the hotel we have discovered the main entrance is out of order and we had to enter through small side door. After we received the Rome key room 210 in the second floor we found that the door lock handle is very old and not enough secure as astandard. The room was not very clean, the bathroom is so old and ugly and does not meet as 4 star hotel, the door lock balcony is broken and this not safe because may be some one from the next room can enter our room, by next morning when we went to have our breakfast we have discovered that the food is cold, the bread not fresh, coffee machine out of order, no glasses for drinking the water, the lobby toilet out of paper inside the machine next to washing basin, and finally the corridors carpets is so dearty and a lot of spots on it and when spoke to the manager of the hotel Mr Mohammed he to me the hotel is ok and no one has complain. In this occasion I would like to invite first Turkish healt ministry to uncover this hotel and ensure if the hotel is enough healthy as standard as well I invite the Turkish tourism association to make sure if this hotel deserve this classification as 4 star or not. I invite all tourist to be careful and I am holding the images for the hotels corridors carpets.

I dont recommend this otel. Because there is more good otel than this. I never come back this otel .I can give details below : Room: Room was small, Air condition wasnt work good, Tv doesnt work, Very near clubs and bars and cant sleep at night for noisy place. Food and Beverages : Foods was bad. There is not refill after empty dishes. If late, You cant find foods. There is not find forks or cups after sometimes. No refill. Drinks was so low quality.. beer,cin,vodka. wine was terrible. Beach&Pool: All sunbed was taken at 6 am. You cant find empty sunbed after 9 am. There is 30 sunbeds. and share two otels guest in one beach. There is no any staff for beach. Pool wasnt so clean. Staff : Staff wasnt so interested with customers. They only give attention for single russian ladies. They dont smile . They dont say good morning. Table was always dirty.

Hotel Good, food not bad, evening entertainment less than average. Could do with a outdoor pool bar so you could meet and chat.

We had a lovely stay at the Romance Beach Hotel. Situated right in the middle of everything and on the beach it was a great spot to see Marmaris. The staff were very friendly allowing us to check in early and we needed to sort out an issue with our rental vehicle so we told reception and they called for us and helped us fix it. we are very thankful to the staff. My wife had a lovely experience in the hotels very own Turkish Bath.

Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale dette hotel. Allerede ved ankomst oplevede jeg store problemer – min reservation var ikke tilgængelig, selvom jeg havde en bekræftelse. Derudover stod der i beskrivelsen, at der var parkeringsmuligheder, men jeg endte med at skulle betale 300 TL for at parkere i området, hvilket ikke var tydeligt oplyst på forhånd. Selve værelset var i en meget dårlig stand. Der var hår overalt, tydeligvis ikke gjort ordentligt rent, og både toilet og vinduer var meget beskidte. Sengen så ved første øjekast ren ud, men da vi lagde os til at hvile, vågnede jeg med hvidt fnug-lignende snavs i håret, hvilket var både ulækkert og ubehageligt. Alt i alt en meget skuffende oplevelse – både med rengøring, service og troværdighed i forhold til reservation og information.

Bayram 1 gün öncesi kaldık. Tek uygun fiyatta kakan bu oteldi. Otel Çok eski, odalar çok temiz değil. Girdiniz an hemen WC klozet bozuldu, sağ olsunlar gelip yaptılar. Bide klima sıkıntılı çalışyordu, kendi kendine kapatıp açılıyordu. Konum olarak iyi, sahile 2 dkk yürüme mesafesi var. Kahvaltı standart, ekstra bişey yoktu, tabaklar kırıktı ve kahve makina bozuktu.

Hersey gayet güzel idi. Ama odalarda çay kahve ısıtıcı olsaydı daha güzel olurdu.onun haricinde gayet iyiydi hersey için teşekkürler

Odası, konumu, temizliği, çalışanları mükemmeldi. Çok teşekkürler.

Otelin konumu iyi olsa da diğer bir çok husus çok kötüydü. Kahvaltı vasat, akşam yemeği personel yemeğiydi. Otoparkı bulunmuyor. Odadaki kasayadan bile para istiyorlar. Otelin kumsalı var fakat 5 dk şezlongunuzdan ayrılıyorsanız, para karşılığı otel dışındaki kişilere verip havlularınızı kaldırıyorlar.odalar oldukça eskimiş ve yenilenmemiş, temizliği vasat.

Otel kış döneminde ziyadesiyle bakımsız. Merkezi bir ısıtma olmadığı için genel anlamda otel buz gibi. Odadaki klima kısa sürede odayı ısıtmadığı için çok üşüdüm. Odada sıcak su akmıyordu. Resepsiyondan rica ederek açtırdım. Ama soğuk suyla çoktan yıkanmıştım. Yani bana bir faydası olmadı. Kahvaltı standart ve çeşit çok çok az. Kahvaltıdan ne beklediğinizle de alakalı elbette. Kesinlikle kış dönemince 51 € verilerek kalınacak bir otel değil. Marina'ya çok uzak olmasa yine de bayağı mesafe var.

efter et skuffende ophold i 2013 ville vi give hotellet en chance mere, da vi i de forgangne år, har haft nogle meget gode oplevelser med hotellet. poolområdets borde blev ikke tørret af det var ulækkert og beskidt. det var næsten umuligt at nå og få noget at spise, da russere tømte alt. vi havde købt et ophold med all inclusive, spist 2 gange på hotellet da alt var tømt når vi kom.Da vi spurgte ind til dette hos overtjeneren fik vi det beskidte svar at det ikke var sundt med alt det mad, vi blev bare tykke og fik fedt omkring hjertet. tjeneren i baren sagde til os at vi skulle have klippet vores armbånd af. vi har nok i løbet af de 8 dage vi havde bestilt og betalt, tilsammen fået 20 genstande øl, vand og vin. der var intet service overhovedet på dette hotel, kun sure og ufoskammede tjenere. synd og skam, da dette kunne være et af de bedste hoteller i Marmaris.
