Just back from our holidays and we had the most amazing time! We were in a company of 4 generations from 5 to 75 years years old and each of us had brilliant time . The hotel location is just spotless, you can’t find any better- best beach just across the road, some shops nearby, close walking distance to the centre and local attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always diversity of food and drinks, the hotel itself is very compact and always had a welcoming comforting atmosphere . Highly recommended SPA in the hotel as well - definitely worth a visit. Thank you for your hospitality, you made our holiday special!

I made an huge mistake booking this hotel. My holiday was ruined. It is a disgrace and needs refurbishing completely. It is in no way a four star rating. It is false marketing advertising it as such. It is a nightmare staying there. Queuing for ten minutes to get a simple drink of cola! The biggest problem is lack of staff in all areas which is unfair to existing staff working there. They are stressed and tired, and as a result are sometimes rude to the guests. The rooms are terrible, falling to pieces, and promises to change blood stained curtains and a fridge with the door falling off were ignored. I did not get to use a sunbed or the pool area in 11 days due to selfish guests putting their towels out at 5am and the hotel doing nothing about it. The restaurant is the worst place. People allowed in in wet swimwear resulting in wet and dirty seating. The food was nice, but greedy people took too much, leaving g much waste on their tables but not enough for others then. Horrendous experience. Please see my photos and book elsewhere. My review is honest and factual. They want everything extra to be paid for. Even a normal room without problems. Lock your doors at night as people try to get in. Balcony door didn't lock either. I felt vulnerable and unsafe.

It ruined my holiday staying here. 1. Room: Blood on curtains. Broken Fridge. Mouldy bathroom 2. Dining area: It was like watching feeding time at a zoo. Seats and facilities dirty. Guests greedy taking too much to tables, most thrown away, leaving nothing for others. Guests allowed to do e in their bikinis! Restaurant staff clearing tables rude and bully solo guests. 3. Facilities: Guests hogging sunbeds from 5am. Not one chance to use in 11 days. Outside area littered with cig butts, hardly cleaned. Reception area sofas filthy dirty. Bar area has one server, guests were queuing in 20 people to get a drink. Not enough glasses. Many guests drunk by lunchtime. 4. Overall shocking experience with reception manager unhelpful and only interested in money not guest welfare. My holiday was ruined by this dreadful shambles of a place. Definitely not a 4 star in any way. I am writing and showing my honest review to save others from this hell of an hotel. Especially solo travellers not to get caught out as I was. It needs complete refurbishment. They do not keep promises (new fridge/change blood stained curtains) they refuse room changes. Why? They just don't care about the guests. They should not be marketing to the UK or Germany, as it's just not suitable. Too many unsupervised children running through the place, and pool areas unsafe because kids allowed to jump into pools. This was my experience, it was horrendous and I had a miserable stay there. Please book another place.

The rooms were really dirty, the breakfast was really bad and very old building for what we paid for. The whole building smelled of wet carpet. The only good thing about Sultan Hotel was the location.

Açıkcası, otelde kalmadık bile, ne plaj var, ne otopark var, temizlik konusunda çok kötüydü. Tesisten çıkmak istediğimizde haksız olmalarına rağmen 1 günlük ücreti kestiler açıkçası. Plajı olduğunu söylüyorlar fakat plaj bildiğiniz başka bir işletmeye ait beach. Plajda şezlong için para ödüyorsunuz. Yemeğe yetişemedik fakat atıştırmalık bireyler almak istedik fakat 5 dakika geçtiğini söyleyip 15-20 tabak yiyecek olmasına rağmen vermediler. Ciddi anlamda kimseye tavsiye etmem. We didn't even stay at the hotel, there is neither a beach nor a parking lot, it was very bad in terms of cleaning. Although they were unfair when we wanted to leave the facility, they obviously cut the fee for 1 day. They say it's a beach, but the beach is owned by another business you know. You pay for a sunbed on the beach. We couldn't catch up with the food, but we wanted to buy snacks, but they said that 5 minutes had passed and they did not give us even though there were 15-20 plates of food. I seriously wouldn't recommend it to anyone. В отеле даже не останавливались, нет ни пляжа, ни стоянки, очень плохо с уборкой. Bra poolområde. Möjlighet till både skugga och sol. Nära till stranden. Väldigt god middag/lunch/kvällsmat men sisådär frukost. Okey rum, under medel på badrum. Trevlig balkong. Nära till allt. Gott med all inculsive. Fanns öl, vin samt vodkadrinkar, gin och raki. Hade lite kortbetalningsproblem i slutet men gick bra om man betalade 100 euro i taget.

Meerblick gebucht, aber keines bekommen. Erst nach Tagen wurde ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bereitgestellt. Das Essen war gut. Sauberkeit lässt nach, das Zimmer wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt.

Da vi kom frem hadde de ikke bestillingen vår så vi stod uten rom, vi skulle ha 3 rom og vi måtte de 2 første nettene på på 1 rom alle sammen i 2 dobbelsenger. Kompensasjon vi ble tilbudt for å ikke få våre rom var totalt 16 euro! Dette var ikke akseptabelt i det hele tatt og fikk kranglet oss til gratis solsenger og parasoll under oppholdet! Vi burde fått redusert prise på oppholdet vårt disse 2 dagene!!! Sjefen som var sønnen til eier pratet slemt om de ansatte, sa at de var ukompetemte! Gjorde oss veldig utilpass! Rommene er gamle og veldig veldig skitne og mye er ødelagt! Aircondition anlegget er gammelt og det drypper, noe som er helsefarlig. Vi kunne heller ikke se hvilke grader vi satte aircondition på da remoten var ødelagt. De ansatte i barene er utrolig hyggelige, de som ryddet kunne ikke engelsk og virket sure. Skulle vi ha hjelp til noe i resepsjonen så måtte vi alltid vente på sjefen da de ansatte ikke kan gjøre noe uten godkjenning fra sjefen, selv om ting var avtalt på forhånd, som for våres del solsenger/parasoll. De kunne ha lagt inn beskjeder på pc'en på rom nummer, slik at alle er oppdatert hele tiden og gjester slipper å vente halvtimer hver gang det er no. Maten var toppers, drikke var kun minerallvann, juice, øl. vodka, gin og raki. Hadde en kveld med fantastisk sjømat som kreps, blåskjell, tunfisk og masse mer! Var utrolig flott Rommene kan lett oppdateres med å skru i skruer på hengsler slik at dører sitter på og ikke henger, grundig vask og maling

Personligt vil jeg ikke mene at min ophold på dette hotel var det bedste. Der var ikke struktur og orden i tingene. Værelserne lugtede og der var fugt. Hotellet står til at være 4 stjernet, jeg vil nok hellere mene det er 2 stjernet. Maden var okay, men ikke det bedste. Det eneste plus var at placeringen lå tæt på alt og lige i centrum.

Wat een drama hotel, kom ik daar moest ik apart betalen voor de kluis en borg betalen voor je badhandoek, staat van de kamer helemaal drama laminaat van van de jaren 80 , douche kop kapot , wc pot smerig en versleten, enige mooie was dat het op een goeie locatie ligt
