Hotel is dated and in need of a refurb. I travel a lot and I have never been in a hotel where when you ask to borrow an iron and a board in the morning you are told “not before 6 PM”. When I made the point I needed for a meeting that morning I was told I could fill a form and pay for it but would not be delivered before an hour. Appalling!!!! Not coming back anytime soon. Rooms are not clean and furniture full of sigarette burns.

Fast check in / check out, friendly reception staff, wonderful and varied buffet breakfast, room was large. Extra cost ($25) for outdoor pool and free for the indoor pool. Perfect location if arriving to Sabiha airport, 5 minute drive to closest metro station. It is a hotel that had a golden age and tries to reclaim its place, but some things drag it back: the two shower towels had notorious old holes (see pictures), something unforgivable in a country that sells inexpensive great quality towels.

They upgraded my room from a city view to a sea view. They failed to communicate about a dry cleaning issue. Rooms look a little old and cigarette stains really detract. The property has a few minor maintenance issues. It is close enough to the water. I will come back again.

The air conditioner in our room would not bring the temperature below 26. We were too hot. The ice machine did not work. There was a bathtub but we couldn’t get a stopper. There is a button outside the room to press if you want your room cleaned but it wasn’t working. There is an outdoor pool but the hotel charges guests 1,000 tl each to use it. The staff were kind but they kept promising to fix things and no one came

I like this hotel. Ive stayed maybe 20 times here. But all of these, there is always something forgotten to by room services. Today elevator was broken, i wait for a while in it. This hotel has great potantial. If i was not pediatric doctor, i ld like to be manager of this hotel, to make it best hotel in the world

This hotel has potential but the staff here is unprofessional, unhelpful and does not care about their clients. First the issue of the air conditioning; apparently it makes more sense to use a calendar date to turn on the AC then to actually evaluate the temperature , which was very warm at the beginning of May-the staff lied to me telling me they would get it fixed or give us another room, even sending a tech to the room instead of being honest about there being none at all for our stay. The lobby and auditorium were nice and cold though. Restaurant is over priced and staff are more interested in their conversations than serving, but they put a service charge on the bill. Housekeeping had days they wouldn’t show up at all or they came at 4:30pm after we’d been out all day, they were continuously taking our key card with them that we left in the electric panel, if the do not disturb was on we were still disturbed. Front desk barely spoke English in an international hotel and never addressed concerns-directions were asked for the metro and wrong information was provided. I will not stay here again.

Terrible that the staff cannot communicate properly with guests-working in hospitality and also as an international centre for so many events you would think that they would be more fluent. Huge problem with air conditioning and being lied to about fixing the problem when the entire hotel doesn’t have it until they restart it in the middle of May but multiple staff were saying they would fix it even sending a technician to the room. I could have accepted the explanation earlier on but did not appreciate the ill trained staff.
