I had room for two people and stayed there 2 days no room service and they don’t clean anything the room wasn’t clean I had a visitor come from Anakar to Istnubal to see me they have refused to let him in and they keep saying we have a policy he’s not staying only for bit to seem me and leave they said u can only get in the room for 5 minutes it’s not a deal they kept saying a lot of clients comes and lyrics I honestly won’t even go back to this place it’s expensive 167$ for 2 nights I only stayed there 1 night and I left I have get in different hotel room 120$ for two days and breakfast and food service room service I would rate this only 1 start worst service

Only for solo, and the location is nice. However, it is old and not clean.

Just a great location. Value for money and so quiet after old town Istanbul!! I could sleep! Close to great cafes and restaurants too.

Heavy cigarette smoke smell in the room, though I should have expected it - the room is for smokers. Otherwise good.

As I have booked a flight + hotel room since I am travelling from Beirut to Istanbul and since my friend lives in Istanbul in the other side and to avoid Eid Holiday traffic I have invited him to stay with me however my booking was a room with maximum occupency of 2 adults + 1 enfant which I paid extra for it but the hotel made me pay extra of 25 euros per night for my friend to stay with me and it was hard to communicate with the receptionist since she was agressive and barely understands or speaks English. It states clearly below that each room is considered to have 2 guests: "Guest Charges and Room Capacity Base rate is for 2 guests. This property considers guests of any age to be an adult. Availability of accommodation in the same property for extra guests is not guaranteed." However i was surprised by the room they gave me as it is not the one appeared on my reservation and it is too small and the furniture are broken (example: the drawer of the night table handle is broken, the glass of the balcony is broken also the compressor of the ACs of all other rooms are located on this balcony which made a lot of noises.) I have paid the variance but I am not convinced and I will not return back again to this hotel nor recommend it to anybody.

Odada SU YOK. Buzdolabının fişi bile takılı değil. Eşyalar eski. Kapı kasalarının yere yakın yerleri çürümüş. Banyoda yer karoları üzerinde işlemiş kirler var. Yatak küçük. Odanın resimekilere benzeyen tek tarafı boyutu. Dekor ve bakım anlamında alakası yok. Hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

El hotel es simple, con una buena localización. La limpieza dejaba a desear. Estuvimos una noche así que bien. Wi-Fi funcionaba bien. Llegamos por la noche y fácil check-in.

The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful… The room was sparkling clean and the location is excellent. One of the most recent places I ever been too and I will definitely recommend it and back myself whenever visiting Istanbul.
