I booked online this hotel for 3 nites and WE check in at 12am. Looked like ghost hotel, lobby so dirty, elevator door broken, Room so dusty like weeks havent Been cleaning, air Conditioner broken! I asked them to clean my Room, they apolagize but they can't do Anything at that nite since the cleaning Service Only available tomorrow morning, the hotel Is disaster! Whole nite My son crying cause the Room so hot, my daughter sick cause she alergic of dusty, wE check out in the next morning, they refuse tO return the money.
