The room was not cleaned until we called ant it ended being cleaned in the afternoon. It was tired begging to have the room clean. We called to have toilet lid fixed many times. They fixed and next time we sat was not fixed. The light outside did not turned in we asked to fix it. It was never fixed. — not good customer service— It was not a great experience.

We loved the rooms! Luxurious, spacious and clean daily. The hotel itself has amazing amenities and we came here to recover from surgery for the week and it made a huge difference to my recovery. Although not many restaurants nearby and the hotel food itself is really overpriced and not the best.

Everything is outstanding. Everyday the clean the room, the room is so comfortable. But the only problem is that there is nothing around such as cafes restaurants and it is far from the city. The hotel does have their own restaurant but the price is the food are too high. They do not have a separate cafe with cakes or some snacks to enjoy

WandaVista is a 2-star hotel advertised as a 5-star hotel. It is a tall building that looks nice from a distance but is very unkept. Paint is falling from the walls, and the roof is leaking in multiple places. The door handle to one of our bedrooms was broken, and they came to fix it. The AC units didn't have remotes or any way to change the temperature. We made multiple calls to the front desk, and they eventually brought remote controls so we could set the temperature in our rooms. On the first day of our stay, they cleaned our room and left the door open. Yes, we came back at night to the door to our unit that was open, not just unlocked. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. On our second day, I called the front desk, asking about the pool hours. They said it is open during the day. We dressed up and went to the pool. The pool was closed for maintenance. The gym said the pool would open in 2 days. The front desk had no clue that their pool was closed. When we came back in 2 days for the pool, it was still closed because the maintenance guy had left his equipment in the pool and they had no idea when he would come back. There were water bottles left in the kid's play area that stayed in the same location for multiple days, which means nobody ever really cleaned that room. This is a hotel that is waiting for a disaster to happen. Unsafe to stay at. I regret making this reservation. The fact that they are rated as a 5-star hotel, raises serious questions about the rating system.

The house keeper alway bothers me biking the door early in the morning, though I put the sign no disturb.

Decent place to stay. Definitely not a 5 star accommodation, lots of renovation issues with the walls and ceiling. Showers leak all over the bathroom.

I would never stay here again very bad service

We booked the hotel because our friend was having cosmetic surgery nearby and we were there to keep her company. The hotel is miles away from the city centre by taxi with no real restaurant facilities apart from a Chinese restaurant where the staff were rude. There is an outlet Mall a ten minute walk away where you can buy fast food. We had breakfast included and it was disastrously planned. Crowds built up for fried eggs etc The reception staff didn't appear to know their jo, were abrupt and weren't helpful. Our room was very comfortable. The bed's mattress, pillows and duvet were amazing. However little details like the TV and safe not working. One glass and 1 cup to use for a twin room booking. The wardrobe light constantly 'on'. There was a constant noise from the motorway below. Overall a hotel that could be prestigious if it had decent management offering help to the customer.

This property is beautiful and clean. The bathroom in my room was so beautiful. I was comfortable sleeping, dinning and speaking with staff. Staff was very helpful and even walked me to my room and explained everything. The cars inside the hotel are classic old school cars and adds a special touch to the decor in the hotel. I will say there were cats everywhere but nothing to be afraid of. The mall of Istanbul is very close to the hotel but I still used a car to get there. The hotel is a good distance away from the airport so I’d recommend renting a car which I did. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Im very confused how did this hotel get over 8* on their reviews, im sure they are up to something. Hotel is very old, mold on the walls, they trried to hide the mold by putting on wall paper and they are coming off, damp smell. Blood staines in the bed sheets, hair on bed and the whole hotel rooms. They changed our room and it was even more worse. We left and asked for refund and the hotel reception said that because we booked it with Hotels.com that they are the one who have to give you the refund. When i got back hotel.com said that it is the hotel who needs to give the refund. Im very disappointed with Hotels.com not helping their customers.
