The hotel was very nice according to the price I recommend everyone. Of course there are some things must be revised and repaired such as the buttons of the elevator some of them are not properly working the carpets of the corridors on the floors must be changed.

Large bed was 2 singles pushed together so had a gap between them. We didnt sleep well because of this. All staff and facilities were outstanding and the hotel was super clean.

Never had such a terrible hotel in Istanbul. Rooms are old, furniture are old, half light bulbs does not work, kettle does not work. AC/heater turn off every hour, likely they are trying to save money. I had to wake up every hour from cold to turn on again. Asked staff to fix, they said: all rooms are like that. Friendly house keeper, otherwise terrible place.

Rooms are neat. Food good and moderate prices. Staff are excellent especially Serva Dora in the cafe, Betse and Yasin in the reception. Manager of the hotel is very good and treated us with kind hospitality.

Nothing works: the elevator is constantly broken, the pool remains closed despite promises to fix it within two days, and nothing has been done. The only good thing is the staff, who are nice people, but the hotel itself is bad.
