Person that met us to make check in was trying to give us another room, not the one we paid for... on the 3rd day we remained without light, and was difficult to organize with dinner, as we were cooking at that moment...

I like very much all the staff

Very nice clean, friendly staff, convenient location.

The extra bed was falling apart and staff was rude when asked to change this. The restaurant for breakfast is a walk away in a different building. This hotel should not be on Expedia.

Amazing please to stay for family

Centrally located, big, comfortable rooms. My room was facing a noisy construction site, I asked for a quieter room and the front desk clerk moved me to a quiet room. Staff are friendly, kind and caring. wifi was weak in my room. It disappered and appeared. The signal was getting stronger when I moved close to the door. Besides that, I liked everything about this place. I would certainly stay there again in the future and I would recommend it to everyone.

I booked my stay at this Hotel with Expedia they put me on the high floor with no elevator,I asked for lower levels because I have knees issues, say they the price I got it through Expedia allow me only higher floors.....I would stay there but on lower floors....

Lokalizacja jest dobra ale na tym kończą się plusy. Obsługa nieprzyjemna, wszystko jest dodatkowo płatne wliczając w to herbatę w pokoju, która trzeba samemu zrobić, gdy do dyspozycji są tylko 2 zwykle szklanki, a kubków brak. Pod drzwiami dziura przez którą cały czas jest w nocy światło i dochodzą wszystkie odgłosy z korytarza i ogólnie wszystko jest przyzwoicie wyglądającą prowizorką. Śniadania są dostępne dopiero od godziny 8 rano i to w lokalu oddalonym o około 300m od hotelu. Kwintesencja wszystkiego jest to co piszą goście w najnowszych komentarzach, czyli naciąganie klientów na wszystko co się da, my przy wymeldowaniu musieliśmy zapłacić 750uah (około 30$) za zniszczone ręczniki. Zniszczenie polegało na pozostawieniu śladów makijażu na dwóch ręcznikach !!! Ogólnie odradzam to miejsce i nie wiem skąd wynikają przyzwoite oceny obiektu na stronach internetowych.

Service was great. We booked 1 night for 8 people and 2 rooms. The rooms were very spacious. They also allowed us to stay a little over an hour late because we had a napping toddler. Very nice people. There is no food/restaurant but there is a kitchenette which was perfect. Great location too!

The location is great, a short walk away from the main street. The hotel is also close to some of my favorite beaches in Odessa. The hotel is clean, looks great and the staff is nice. My wife and I loved it.

Pretty fun staff — I was surprised at how nice the room was for the price! The free breakfast is also pretty fancy. It’s a full on nice meal at Seville down the street on fancy China. Great service and they helped me to the train station 🚉 early in the morning

I arrived late. I was staying for 6 nights in late August. I had booked it 3 months in advance. They gave me a room on the forth floor with no balcony or real window. Only two small sky windows on the ceiling. There is no elevator as the building is old. The ceiling is high, so there are many stairs on each stair flight. You get tired when you get to the fourth floor to your room. The phone was not working, so I could not communicate with the front desk by phone. The only way was to walk down on those many stairs to tell them that the airc9nditi9ning was not working well. I requested a room on the lower levels, however, I was told that the hotel is full and they could not move me to another room for 3 days. Finally I got a room on the 3rd floor with a real window and a balcony. They provide a breakfast at a nearby restaurant by the name of Sevilla with a very limited menu for the hotel guests. Tea, coffee, omelet and orange juice. That’s pretty much it. Over all was clean and if you don’t mind too any staircase, it’s an OK deal for the money. The best thing about Metro hotel apartment is the location. It’s close to the opera house, museums and walking distance to the city garden. By the way, take some tea bag or instant coffee with you as they would charge you if you use the tea bag or coffe at the room! 24 hr supermarket is located only one block away. Overall OK stay. For the price, I would say it’s probably worth it.
