This hotel have a wonderful pool with a mangrove view. But several things happened during our stay that made it un comfortable for us. 1. There was a flies inside our room. When we adressed our concern to the desk staffs they only apologize and said will inform to the relates division. 2. We want an upgrade, already paid and asked for a bell boy to help with our belongings to moved it to another room. But waited for quiet sometime and no one showed, tired of waiting and calling so we just moved our belongings by ourselves. 3. Staffs in the pool, when we arrived (me with 2 young kids, 2yo and 4yo) at pool and relaxed at our cabana, he asked me (not coming to us, just stay on his desk, talking to me, I don't understand what he said cause its not that near, turned out he asked me to come to his desk to fill the guest list. I think it will be better if he did it politely. Or just come to us and asked our room number. 4. I asked for a complimentary cake for our anniversary, the check in staff said it will be delivered to our room. Turns out, nothing come. I don't know maybe they were full or busy or lacked of staffs but I think it could be a better experience for me if all of that wasn't happened. 😊
