I made a change and stayed here instead of my regular airport hotel. The shuttle service was punctual. Front desk was friendly and the beds were comfy but the shower did not work well as the showerhead water did not come out properly and hard to adjust temperature. Hairdryer was old with only low speed and not clean. Breakfast was not so great with runny scrambled eggs, one tea variety. There was some fresh fruit, cheese and pastries and bread. Not many staff around.

Staff were great and super friendly. I was able to get a free late check out which was perfect.
Hotel is nice, good for a couples days. Room was big and clean.
Breakfast was good as it’s free. Sometimes it got too busy but I can see the staff trying their best to control the queues :)

Overall it wasn't too bad. Our room was too small. The sofa-bed was terrible. Very disappointed. Shuttle bus service is very limited.
