We had booked for three adults but had to remind almost everyday for the equipping the room (for towels, water bottles, etc.) for three persons. Wait of nearly five minutes for hot water to start flowing in bathroom. No cricket channel on TV.

Very clean and great staff. Much better than it’s counter parts in the US.

This is the first time I stayed in Holiday Inn although I have stayed in the area before in other hotels. The overall ambience of the property, facilities, convenient location and access to metro stations makes it highly desirable. I would like to call out Mr. Khurram from the reception and check-in area. He was very professional in making sure my check-in was smooth and I observed him interacting with other patrons as well. I hope to stay here again with my family in the future

An excellent option, close to the Metro station and Dubai Mall. I recommend it 100 percent

Mostly everything was great besides one huge problem I had. I normally don’t allow my room to be cleaned unless I am inside for this very reason. The cleaner threw away my brand new clothing, jewelry and other accessories I purchased because he classified it as trash. It was in shopping bags. The cleaner denied it at first but I pressed on. They then went through the trash and got my brand new items out and brought them to me. However he had no business going through my stuff. If it was in a bag he should’ve cleaned around the bag. They forced me to allow them to clean and that was the result. I am still highly upset about this. When you clean you are not supposed to touch personal items no matter what. If it’s not in the trash don’t you just classify it as trash. Other than that the entire stay was great.

Very beautiful and friendly establishment ! Highly recommend, clean, convenient to everything, I just loved the place.

Holiday Inn. You know what you get. Overall very comfortable

It was our business trip. Would like to thank Jamila for all her support and making our stay comfortable. Excellent customer service. Breakfast is good and have lots of variety.. Location is perfect and close to all amenities. Many Restaurants are close by. Mall of emirates is 10 minutes walk, metro train station is 5 minutes away.

The stay was bittersweet of sorts. Started on a high note of great check in and very good standards and services by staff to finding dead insects in Asian breakfast which was acknowledged by chef and presumably corrective actions taken to the Hotel suddenly showing a cheap attitude to charging AED 20 for empty plates and cutlery one fine morning out of my 9 nights stay for which I paid AED 610+ per night. That was the lowest point and spoilt the overall stay experience. Given a chance again i would not stay with them rather opt for Novotel Al Barsha barely 500 meters away

It was great stay , thanks to all staff , specifically for Jamila in the receptionnfor her support.. The rooms are great, breakfast international with variety, and everything was exceeding expectations. I recommend this hotel for everyone.

A lovely hotel, very high quality for the price point. Comfortable bed, spacious room, efficient and quiet Air-Con. Clean and modern, great breakfast.

Everything is available within walking distance. Quick access to main highway. Excellent breakfast

Staying in this Property since last couple of years for business travel. Everything is fine about the Property, except the fact that the management is not supportive.. Atleast in my case this time. May be my mistake but things happens and we need to be cooperative. I tried booking this stay when i was in mainland China but to due to the very common email glitch there, it never completed on my computer screen - - & i always reserve non-refundable booking and pay at the time of booking.. Then when i arrived HK after a week and had flawless Internet Connection, i started the non-refundable reservation again and completed it & paid it. When I arrived Dubai a couple of days ago and checked-in this Property, i was told that there are 2 Paid Reservations under my name for the same dates and both are paid. I asked them to CANCEL one and refund and check me in on the other one. Unfortunately they flately refused and said that since i booked with 3rd Party Expedia, therefore i should talk with Expedia only and not from them. And also that i why did i booked through Expedia and not directly with them etc.. I contact Expedia and they says they are trying to contact Property and not been able to get through. Expedia help said that they are trying to resolve the issue and will revert in a day and then 2 days and then 3 days. And one of my duplicate bookings got cancelled as welll without refund. now finally, just before my check out, Expedia emailed me that Property didnt approve

Couldn’t arrive to the property because it was all flooded. Area around was not reachable. And it was unsafe to go to the hotel. Everything around was dirty and the staff told me that the hotel was flooded. When I called the staff was completely not helpful. I had to stay in another location

We arrived to a good happy welcome from Lin, she arranged storage of our luggage till we could check in. We were able to check in early and had a room on club lounge floor. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and were not disappointed, good selection of buffet food from different continents, food was tasty and hot. Staff were attentive and cheerful. The metro was a short walk away, which is very good value, as was the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport, it was early, the driver was good and the car comfortable. Would recommend this hotel, the staff are brilliant.
