Our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Deira Dubai was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is ideal, close to the vibrant Gold Souk and bustling markets, making it easy to explore the city. The convenience of an on-site shopping mall with a supermarket, diverse shops, and even an ice-skating rink added a unique touch.
The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. From providing essential items like water bottles to promptly addressing a minor issue in our room, they ensured our comfort and satisfaction. The thoughtful birthday surprise for my wife was a truly heartwarming touch.
The hotel offers well-appointed rooms, many with fully equipped kitchens, making them perfect for families or long stays. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the unique dining experience at Al Dawaar, the revolving restaurant with breathtaking views.
The free access to the spa and gym was a welcome addition, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.
While the hotel could be more responsive to online inquiries, this minor drawback did not significantly impact our overall positive experience.

The hotel was in a great location, opposite Naif rd if you enjoy cheap shopping. It was big and clean. However, breakfast although in the revolving restaurant, was extremely busy and often food as well as cutlery would run out and there would be no where to sit. Probably one of the worst stays of my life as they wanted name of all guests at checkin or they said we won’t be able to check in. Even hotels.com customer care team was not able to help. Finally I had a look for another hotel and Hyatt even offered refund.

Little feedback. Please work on your communication responses to my email or phone calls were horrible.
Please note not every traveler is from India. Please learn that some of your security features are a little horrible and intimidating at times made me feel like as if I had stole something. Example checking out had someone check the room and the fridge while i was in the room. If you are truely 5 star hotel let’s please act like one.

Management is terrible, No customer service at all, I booked through Expedia and paid in full, the amount I have to pay per Expedia hotel did not honored and charged extra and mentioned that Expedia did not correctly charged for New year Gala dinner which was mandatory.
I will not visit this Hotel again.
