It was my second time at this hotel and I will be back. The hospitality and the attention to detail by the staff is unbelievable and outstanding. I was highly pleased once again. Kitchen 6 was amazing and the staff even celebrated my son’s achievements of graduating high school and even sent me pictures.

Great property. The only downsize is the location for getting in and out by vehicle. Not many public transportation options other than Uber, Careem or taxi. However, very bad traffic due to the volume created by the hotel and how narrow the exits are. Took my Uber driver 45 minutes to just get out of the hotel entrance and travel two blocks.

Excellent hotel, a huge range of eating options, everything was very high quality.
My only recommendation would be to add a more casual eating option. Not all guests will want to have a fancy meal each night.
They did have a burger place, and a sport bar, but I mean something like a deli style option.

It is a big hotel. Has all the facilities. It is clean and well maintained. I think the staff needs some more education even though they are not rude or anything but sometimes they behave amateurish.
