Property was decent for the price, staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at very welcoming always willing to help. Room was spacious. Room cleaned daily however you never know when they will come it could be 10-11am or 17:30pm I guess the priority is checked out rooms.
Breakfast was pretty standard, I’d advice going early when the food is warm and fresh.

Very courteous staff and helping people. Amrit and Hasan were especially nice. Hamid at the front desk directed us to the right places to eat and dine. Joy at the Tour desk gave us the excellent tips. Would recommend this hotel to anyone i know.

Worst place ive ever stayed in. I was eligible for an upgrade in room but was told that there was no room available but when i checked online there were many rooms available. The guy at the front counter was rude and did not care to accommodate me. He said he could upgrade my room for an additional fee but i have available upgrade being a gold member. The rooms are disgusting. Housekeeping does not mop the floors. I found spots and hair all over the floor. Bathtub is very small and good luck with getting hot water to shower. They dont refill toiletries unless you constantly ask. Rooms are not sound proof as stated. I heard a baby crying all night and drilling of walls. The rooms are very small. The bathrooms are super outdated and dirty. Stains everywhere. Dont stay here. Trust me The manager named Osama is not friendly or helpful in any way. He treats his guests with no respect. I dont know how they gave him this position. I felt like he did not care at all. Ive stayed at many high end hotels and resorts and i usually never complain but thsi experience at Ramada made me want to inform anyone trying to book here. You will be disappointed.
