Bed Bugs on bed. I have photos. Left the facility and notified lodging before I left. Sent photos to the staff at place and spoke directly with them. Requested a refund. They refused. Sent to Expedia. They stated that the hotel was not responding. The two companies put me in a “they have to” no “they have to” cycle. So, no refund. Seriously will not, after years of patronage, not ever use Expedia again. The hotel got some free money from me. They don’t care about people.

The manager Michael made sure we had the best experience. Called us to see when we were arriving and made sure we had a very nice room.

The living room carpet had such a stink odor. We had to open the door to get fresh air.

The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet. Annette, the manager, was exceptional! She went above and beyond when I arrived late.

No customer service at all just a letter with my name on it and key cards just out in open. Worse part was huge trailer at front with huge anti israel basically supporting hamas saying dont forget the genocide. When your looking for a comfortable stay thats not exactly what you want to look out your window at.The door was broke had to slam it shut and run against it to open it. Ill definitely never stay at that chain again.

You have to take your own trash out. Toilet paoer holder was broke no one was at desk over a hour when we tried to check in. We left and came back and still waited

It's a bit hard to give a rating because overall things were fine and I'd recommend staying here, but at the same time we had a horrible night. It's close to Rocky Mount Mills. The room was nice and clean. Check-in was quick and the price was good. The TVs, couch, and bed were all on the small side, but the room itself was large. The property appeared taken care of. However, after we returned back late at night we discovered our air conditioner didn't work. The room was 84 degrees and it was impossible to sleep. We tried calling the front desk but it's only open during certain hours. We opened the windows to try and get fresh air but the back window had no screen so we couldn't leave it open. We decided that watching TV would be a nice distraction, but the TV in the bedroom wouldn't power on. We tried the living room TV, but every channel had so much static that we couldn't actually watch anything. Aside from not being able to sleep because of no AC, there is a fenced in area between the hotel and the road that doesn't appear to be part of the hotel. It's a storage area with an electrified fence and dogs. To get some fresh air we kept the front window open, but we could then hear the dogs barking. The bedroom is in the back so I don't think it would have been an issue if we didn't have the window open to try and cool things off. Overall things were fine, but it made for a miserable stay. I'd say it's fine to stay here, but you better check your AC if it's summer.

Older property and the room was very sparse. It was big enough for two beds but only had one. I reserved a room with a couch, but upon arrival the office was closed and the room only had one bed. The nightstand was older and covered in water stains. There was a kitchen but there were no pans for the stove, which was a bit odd.

Room was basic, clean and functional. No problems.

I was not able to stay in my room. The hotel canceled my room without calling me. Horrible customer service. Hotels.com was not even helpful after 35 minutes on the phone with them.

Have not seen the receptionist or manager yet. Neighbours are nice and helpful

Dirty carpet, dirty furniture, just plain ugly. The people next door had an argument for over 1 hour until cops show up. Felt like an episode of cops. At one point felt like we were in danger. Worst experience, do not even try it. AWFUL!!

Just an overnight travel day stay but the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Be aware that the office was closed at 8pm for check in, and the number provided by Expedia was incorrect. I finally went back around and knocked loudly and an irritable man came out from an adjacent room and provided me with the keys after stating that he had texted me earlier, which he had not. Otherwise, the property is terrific at a great price
