When as a courtesy after checking out, we tried to point out how the flow restrictor in the shower was barely letting any water through, they asked us to send a photograph!

Expected more for the price. Couch uncomfortable and almost falling apart. Previous guest dirty sox under couch. Bed too small and bedspread had stains on it , made us feel uneasy to use facilities. Car park towed our car even though we had a parking slip in it. Costing $185 to retrieve , be carful you don’t get done by this scam.
