This hotel was FILTHY! The bed was made but dirty linens. Tiolet was filthy and disgusting. Bugs everywhere. Horrible

Quiet and comfortable!

Do not stay here. The place is not kept up at all. Room was dirty, and had a terrible smell throughout the hotel. Stayed 2 nights and they never had the breakfast out as advertised.

The room was nice, they had breakfast in the mornings, waffles., cereal, fruit, donuts, juice or coffee. They had a pool but it was a little chilly for me to yry out but there was some kids playing. I personally enjoyed the large hot tub. Everyone was pleasant, and helpful

Good and friendly customer service. We had a nice time there.

The bed was comfortable, but that was about the only good thing. The waffle maker and juice machine were not working.

I was promised a deluxe room with a king size bed. That was not the case. The bathroom was dirty. EVERYTHING was outdated and in need of repair or replacement. I was on the first floor and window just had a simple latch that could have been jimmied open. Did not feel safe. Many things broken, needing paint, ETC

Waited at empty front desk about 5 min — bell on wall had flower / flag on it and it was not marked to ring for service. Entry doors were dirty, parking lot/landscaping — curb appeal was run-down, un-inviting. If the room was $60/ night I would not have been so concerned. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. I could not access any channel on the TV (or ask for help from front desk) Tub was stained, plumbing fixtures discolored, dull—like very old or poorly maintained. Toiletry products were partially used. No liner for aluminum (?) ice bucket. Top of dresser was broken in several places (some stone? Or synthetic stone like marble) Bar for shower curtain and hanging clothes was PVC pipe with fittings to attach to wall. The bed appeared clean and adequate. I had working electrical outlets to charge my phone. Offered internet service but I chose not to use as the place felt “sketchy “ Breakfast bar — coffee and creamer. Juice machine marked out of flavor, no fruit or pastry, eggs, etc. two waffle irons that were cold — didn’t bother to check if there was batter available Pictures online were not representative of the current conditions. I’d like a full refund.

The property was horribly kept. Needs to be painted and new carpeting. The shower was falling apart and shower curtain was gross. Bed was saggy. Breakfast was coffee or juice and waffles. Didn’t even have syrup for the waffles. The front desk person was nice, that truly was the only positive.

Room was clean enough. I never did figure out how to get the TV to work. I was looking forward to using the whirlpool Saturday evening, but it and the pool were shut down at 8pm. Sign said it was open till 9. Went to have some cereal in the very limited breakfast and both containers of milk were expired. Not sure that I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room for the price, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Was awesome

Paid for a 3 bed, was brought to a dirty, no beds made 2 bed. Then brought to another 2 bed that had dirty cups and soap and hair in the bathroom. It was late and i had 2 littles with me so said screw it and stayed there. They offered me cash for the difference but gave me less than half the difference back. The next morning kids want to go to the pool. There was full hard shell taco's in the bottom of the hot tub. Terrible experience, do not recommend.

Please do not stay here! I felt so unsafe by my self with my 3 young children. There were long term residents, some with pets. There were dirty dishes on the ground in front of some of the rooms labeled ‘private’. The pool area was extremely dated. There was hair in the shower of our room, the headboard was broken on one of the beds. The entire building had a very odd smell.. the latch on the door (extra lock) was removed. The pictures do not accurately portray the property at all. We left and went to a different hotel shortly after we checked in. The only positive experience I can share is the front desk staff (owner) was friendly.

Property is older but the rooms are nice and the staff is nice.

The place looked in shambles. Counter falling apart, carpets were awful looking. Bed was old, blankets looked unsanitary. Smelled weird. Out of date!

No mold in pool room. Pictures are not a total lie. No spider in bathroom. Door to bathroom did shut all the way. The hot tub is not broken. The pool totally didn’t have bugs in it. The pillows totally didn’t have stains.

Hotel was okay. Staff was helpful, beds were comfortable and the room was co, although it had a strange smell upon entering the room. However, I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working as we came there after a freezing cold day of dirt bike riding and had looked forward to using it. Also, there was NO continental breakfast like they advertised, not even coffee!

The staff was very friendly, he was a relative of the owner. The hotel is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Unfortunately when we walked into our room we got blasted from extreme heat, felt like a sauna. The heat was set to 80 degrees. The room itself was decent for an older hotel. We went downstairs to have a look at the pool, it was dark as it was closed for the evening. It appeared to have lots of seating for the guests. The hot tub appeared to be broken there was lots of stuff floating in there. The pool appeared to be dirty as well. There was broken glass in the candy machine at the front desk. When we entered back into our room, we seen a few cockroaches crawling on the wall by the window. We managed to get one of them but that other one was on the loose. The continental breakfast was a joke. All there they had was two waffle irons and a machine for the batter, no plates or syrup. We grab a few coffees and two juices from the juice machine. The orange juice had a fruit fly floating in it:( We came back to the room and there were cockroaches in the washroom. We didn’t even have a sip of our coffee, packed up our things and headed out. There was no one at the front desk to talk to so we just left our room key. Expedia contacted the hotel and the nephew refunded 2 of our 3 nights. Thank you very much for that.
