Great stay! Favorite hotel in Gillette!

Friendly staff. Breakfast was the same both days. Disappointed in lack of variety. Towels were relatively hard to come by. Didn’t love towels and trash left outside doors for pickup. Had to have keys rekeyed several times. An inconvenience but it was clean and convenient for a 2 night stay.

My last two stays this month the body wash in the shower was empty. Other then that it's a good place to stay

We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and the price was fair.

This place is so nice, clean & quiet and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed watching the antelope out of our window too!

Had a dirty q-tip on floor in room yuck Elevator was broken we had no idea got on and was stuck call front desk with my cell that goodness I had they didn’t even apologize for it don’t recommend.

Our room was extremely filthy. I took many photos to show the mgr. We even asked the desk help to come to our room so we could show her. They didn't seem upset or shocked about any of it. There is heavy buildup on shower walls, fixtures and goo with pubic hairs around bottom of tub and on top of arm rest. It definitely had not been cleaned in a while. The refrigerator had so much dust on it that you could make a picture with your finger. The coffee pot had not been cleaned in a very long time. The headboard of bed and both night stands had a thick white substance on them...drugs, lice, sex paraphernalia...who knows. When I shined a light on the bathroom floor, we gasped...there was so much blond hair everywhere. Every piece of furniture was coated with white dust which is probably a build up of skin cells over time. The help mentioned that the cleaning girls only have 15 minutes to clean each room....so, they only have time to make the bed and put new towels out...which is probably correct after seeing our room. What a disgusting disaster. My hubby has to sleep with a cpap which really concerns us with all the filth. I'm concerned with catching lice, crabs, or who knows from this room. We ordered a meal to be delivered. We ate downstairs in the foyer area because we didn't want to eat in our room of the filth. I walked to the microwave to warm up my fries and the microwave was filthy and slattered with food....they claim it is clean and ready for breakfast tomorrow.

Nice hotel. Does not have a elevator, which is problematic for us but ee managed. Nice accommodation.

We only booked this hotel because it had a pool and upon arrival we found the pool water in unsafe sanitary condition. A staff person tested the very cloudy water and found it to be way below acceptable swimming condition.

Convenient and comfortable. Very nice property, friendly staff.

Room was large with a separate solarium with hot tub and tv. 2 tvs in room. Mini kitchen. Breakfast buffet was well tended yogurt,cereal,eggs,sausage,bread, and juices. Just like other hotels.A hot spot for baseball players. No restaurant or room service. But you can drive near by.

A good spot to stay in Gillette

This was a very good place to stay. We stayed one night while traveling through. The staff were great. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Loved the ambiance and decorating features!

We arrived tired & hungry. I was grumpy. Then the front desk lady smiled and welcomed us, answered our questions before we even asked, next thing I knew she handed us our room keys and said; “enjoy your stay”. Excellent customer service, good breakfast, clean room, and friendly staff. Even the cleaning staff were nice and helpful. This is where we will be staying when traveling to Gillette.

Was very clean and quiet.

Great find and great value. Well maintained hotel with all amenities covered. Just passing through but highly recommend.
