The Arc was very nice for our 4-day trip.
We did not have a car. It was very close to George Washington University and Foggy Bottom Metro station, and there were a lot
of very good restaurants within walking distance— as well as a Whoe Foods. It was maybe a 15-minute walk to the Lincoln and Vietnam memorials.
The bed was very comfortable, hotel staff very nice and accommodating, and the room was quiet. We felt perfectly comfortable walking in the neighborhood at night (eg, from the metro or the Mall). Highly recommend.

Friendly staff but the tv in room was not functioned. ( didn’t turn on) we informed hotel, however it was not solved during the stay. They only offered to switch room on second night. If that offer came in first night. Rating could be better. Hotel offered us some inconvenience discount. Yet we do not think we received it.

The staff at this location were great and very responsive including during check in, room servicing and checkout. The location is great and very accessible to public transit. Only a few complaints were that as someone whose body runs cold, I wasn't able to get the heat up to a comfortable temperature. While the room was generally great and clean, there were a few cosmetic blemishes in the bathroom and also no hand towel bar.

We stayed recently at ARC hotel for 3 nights and booked 2 room. Front desk gave us both room on separate floors. We requested on same floor she said didn’t had availability that time and asked to check next day. Next day we checked and she was so rude while talking and just kept us waiting by saying she is checking in the system and later said no room available. We found front desk was not kind or helpful. Also, The heater in the room was not working and when we complained it felt like they knew this and asked us to come down to pick the portable heater from front desk instead of sending it to our room. We daily struggled to manage the room temperature while coming back as room was getting either too cold or too hot. I didn’t expected this after giving 200$ for each room per night. Additionally they gave us only one water bottle during checkin. There are some better hotels around this hotel there so I would recommend to book those hotels and not ARC.

We have stayed twice now at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was freshened daily. The property inside and out is clean and tidy. There are convenience items and snacks sold on site but there is a 7 Eleven and a Whole Foods nearby. I believe there is also an exercise room but we did not use it. Also on a side note we parked at Dulles Airport and took the Silver line directly to Foggy Bottom metro, which is about 2 blocks away. Way cheaper and easy peasy. Lastly if you are 65 and older you can obtain a Senior Metro card just across the corridor, it’s underground, at the Crystal City Metro station. It enables you to travel half price on the Metro. Kennedy center is about 3 or 4 blocks.

Excellent property. Very nice and accommodating staff. Very close to Foggy Bottom. Great place to stay if you are visiting a GWU student. Would recommend and would stay again.
