I love that this hotel offered $15 off cards for the hotel restaurant and bar. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Pedro at the front desk who helped me extend my reservation. The pool area is nice too. The only thing I would fly was that there was a big party with several non-hotel guests who were very loud and lingering around the lobby. They were also shooting a loud music video shoot right outside the front of the hotel. I think the hotel security could do a better job at managing those types of instances which is the only reason I docked one star for my overall rating.

It's a super trendy upscale hotel and I was extremely impressed.
It's not in a walkable location unless you don't mind a 20min walk to the entertainment.

Great location in the heart of Wynwood. The hotel is stylish and clean with a fun, artsy vibe. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar are a highlight. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect spot if you want to explore the area.

There was construction going on in the hallways mid-day. I requested service for my A/C that wasn't working and they never followed up confirming the issue was resolved. Weird place.

This hotel was clean and in a great area. The rooms are a bit small but they are updates - the bathroom was large and had a nice shower. It can be a bit loud at night with the bars around the property but they provide earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall I’d definitely stay here again!

Was informed that my accomadations were not available due to a building issue. So they put us in a room that was not what we had paid for in another hotel. When we asked them to fix it to the room we paid for they said this is best we can do and we will refund you one day back which they have not done.

Hotel flooded night before and they notified no one. I arrived 10a, they said they would text when room ready, not mentioning the disaster. Let me wait 4hrs, i had to hear from guests they were shipping us to another hotel. Which they knew beforehand but neglected mention to guests. Manager lies to myself and other guests that accomodations are the same, pool, outdoor space. The other hotel room is tiny with 2 beds that are touching and you had to climb n over to get in window or bed. There was no closet, only hooks on the wall, no room for the suitcase, if on the floor, no room to walk, no fridge, no desk , no chair , and was priced half what i paid and no compensation for the horrible inconvenience. Manager also claimed to not have a business card, lied he would email but didnt. My weekend was ruined by this experience and they didnt care.

convenient location to nearby shops and restaurants. the property was well maintained and service was friendly. during busy periods though, wait times to have your car retrieved took longer than anticipated (note no self parking on site - valet parking has in and out services)
