conveniently located, great lively neighborhood, close to LGA. Clean and modern room. Friendly staff. But beware of parking... they have very limited on-site parking, which was fortunately available for my stay, but if not available, street parking is already packed, would be hard to find near the hotel.

Front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping staff was courteous and accommodating. The lobby and other common areas were kept very clean. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to NYC.

Rooms and parking spaces are small, but considering the location, I believe it is cost-effective. Also, the staff was wonderful.

Room was OK and what I expected but the sheets / bed felt itchy... Toilet did not flush but OK I was only their for 1 night. Shower drained very slowly so finished shower in a puddle of water.
