avid hotel AUSTIN – ROUND ROCK SOUTH by IHG

I was given a room (#101) which was right next to an exit for the hotel. It was very noisy all night as people came in and went out. I also did not feel safe as a single person having the first room right next to the outside doors.

We loved the hotel's location near Dell Diamond and the easy access to the highway. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Ms. Kimberly and Ms. Meche, along with the other two ladies from the housekeeping staff on the 3rd floor, who were great. We also want to highlight the kindness of the gentleman at the front desk during check-out. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the quality of the mattress, which was similar to the one my wife has at home. We didn't miss our bedroom thanks to the quality of the mattress, and despite the noise from the altered muffler systems of some cars and trucks, it's something we're used to living near busy roads like those in Atlanta. Nice and beautiful view from the Window Room 302. 1k stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff was so kind, welcoming, and helpful The property is new (2021), very clean and quiet. Located near restaurants, fuel, near the highway (Rt45), basic shopping. Easy in and out. Hot breakfast provided, and was actually quite good!! I highly recommend this location if you need an easy, safe and clean place to stay!

Loved our stay.Accommodated a late requested room change to the first floor near the handicapped parking as one guest was in a wheelchair.Room was a good size, A/C very effective quiet.Shower- water strength was also strong without loss of hot water.Beds very comfortable.Blackout drapes a big plus.The odd thing was no closet but hanging area above small seat. area.Might be an issue for business travelers with suits etc.Also no microwave in the room but fridge . Room was quiet as well. .Lobby area 24 hour access to individually brewed coffee which was deicious and filtered water.Breakfast selections good,no waffle machine, fruit was fresh ,multiple juices ,yogurt,bagels,muffins. Staff were very helpful,pleasant.The young lady at check in actually brought the luggag e cart out to the handicapped area!! THANKS!! Conveniently located to Round Rock Amphitheater. Loved this new hotel and will definitely return

The staff is very friendly and quick to help with any questions you may have! Antwan i think his name is, assisted with finding stores i needed in the area, and the proximity a to gas station and shopping was fabulous!!! We really loved the all day hot coffee as well!🙌😁 Over all a great stay!!! We'll be back!!!
