Beachfront Manor Hotel

Did not have a view, hot tub, or jacuzzi even though the pictures showed one.

Loved we could see the waves crashing from our window. Direct beach access with a bit of a climb but worth it

Too expensive for the size of the room

On the ocean! Small but clean! Didn’t answer the phone at the main office, Had to call multiple times. No snack or vending machine options other than vitamin water. Shopping within walking distance.

Rooms are great. Comfortable and nice looking. Staff were not great upon check in. Over all i will not stay here again, only because my interaction with staff upon check in was horrible. Unfriendly and unhelpful.

Extremely thin walls (heard people walking up and down the hall at 2am) , sand on the floor when we walked in, floor was overall dirty. I put white socks on and they were black after walking around the room. The bathroom sink was not bolted to the wall so it was practically toppling over if you just touched it. Weird smell in the room. One nice thing was the stairs that led straight to the beach.

The room was clean and modern but there were no suitcase stands or tables or dressers or even hooks to hang stuff on. Since the floor got sandy from our shoes this was very awkward. The directions on the website sent us to a different hotel and the lobby we checked in to was another hotel. Very confusing. We didn’t know there was no elevator and I’ve had both knees replaced in the last 23 months. My husband had knee surgery 3 weeks prior. Otherwise we had a great time exploring the coast.

So the property was fine. Most of the issues were normal on the coast; doors that stick and sand everywhere. The toliet was broken, but was fixed while we went to dinner. The bathroom and front door stuck bad enough I needed help opening them. There were a lot of stairs that were steep so I struggled being disabled. The biggest problem came with their lying at what we got. I paid for a room that had a private hot tub on the balcony. What we got was a jacuzzi tub next to the bed. When I asked why the respinse was "that's what you get for booking on Expedia. The photos do not match what you pay for.

Bed a little hard but stay was nice

No AC, the room is cramped, as well as very sweaty & hot, & way overpriced.

The only thing that was worng the fire place didn't work. They said they were going fix are bill when we changed out but they didn't.

The beach access

The pictures on Expedia where nothing like what the room was , the room had a horrible mold smell and when I asked if I could upgrade or pay extra for a different room the lady told me there was nothing available, so I ended up having to find another hotel that night, after getting settled into my new hotel I realized I still had the first key card and went to return it , and upon doing so they had a shift change, I explained what happened to the new employee that was working and she said the other female lied completely and could have changed our room , and that they had plenty more available. Not sure why she was such a b .... But either I will never be going back also I will be turning the hotel into the Oregon department of health for horrible mold issues that they don't want to address, this hotel is horrible all the way around save your money and time ....

No food sold.

The TV remote didn’t work and the coffee maker was not cleaned out from the previous guest. However, the beds were clean and comfortable. Best part of the stay was the direct beach access down just two flights of stairs.

The livht out the outsidr of the room was bright and thr darkening curtains sisnt help

Was overall pretty decent. We were not informed that cash was not accepted at time of check in. As well as the TV did not work. Plus side was hot tub and the view was great!

Everything was fine except the mattress was the worst mattress that either one of us had ever slept in. We both woke up with pain in our backs and our whole body. We continue to have body pains for two days after.

We usually stay here often and no issues but this time the pictures of the room I reserved said a hot tub and showed pics. Then after we checked in they told us the fireplace had a gas leek so they had to turn it off and there is a space heater inn closet. They said there would be a discount taken off at check out and that did not happen either. Not very happy with our stay
