Very clean

Property was nice. Disappointed that Expedia charges more than the property would itself.

The property was close to the highway which made it easy to find. It was surrounded by a couple other hotels and motels. The hotel staff that checked us in was busy trying to figure out something with other guests. When she got to us, I went to pay and the system froze. I had to come back and she had to post the second payment while the pending payment was still on my card. The room was good! The beds were comfy and spacious and the sheets were clean. The bathtub needs to be replaced or updated (there were stains that looked like a good scrub couldn’t get out). The indoor pool was lukewarm which I was expecting something warmer but still nice it had an indoor pool. We were on the first floor and our window faced the parking lot, so in the morning the loud truck that was parked outside our window decided to take off. You could smell the exhaust through their AC/heating unit. The continental breakfast was its basic stuff (no bacon though). My daughter (2 years old) picked out a muffin that was prepackaged. When we got back to the room and opened the muffin, it had mold on it. No big deal since we were going to the Cereal Festival anyway. The staff were always nice and pleasant. Parking was convenient. Good for a weekend vacation.

We will definitely stay here again. Staff was efficient, hotel was clean & breakfast was great. Conveniently located.

It’s an older hotel but has been maintained well and was clean. Looks like the recently redid all the flooring, it was nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean facility, beds were very comfortable, breakfast had lots of options, 24 hr coffee and tea. Best location for places to eat and other store if needed.

The staff was very accommodating and made our stay very pleasurable.

Water didn’t go down in the shower. Tub was peeling. Mold on ceiling mold on curtains.

Who was closed chemical racial to high hotels.com’s website does not respond. Hotel was cooperative to cancel reservation without cancellation charges, but Hotels.com won’t respond.

Clean, good location, helpful staff!

When I arrived after midnight I was informed the water was shutoff so no showers couldn’t flush toilet couldn’t wash they did supply water bottles

This place is pretty good compared to most other inn for the price.

Staff were fine and our room was nice. However despite being a non-smoking building, the place reeks of cigarette smoke.
