property could use a facelift, dated but clean. front desk staff (Lena) was very helpful, professional and friendly big shout out to her. did not interact with other front desk staff. breakfast was plentiful included both hot and cold options. breakfast area was well kept and staff attentive to keeping food replenished.

This was our last stop on a two week trip across the US and it was by far the loudest hotel we stayed at. We could hear everything from the room beside and above us until 1am.

The room was great however the kids running up and down the hallway at 10pm or the same ppl in the hot for over an hour without a care to anyone else who might have wanted to use it was not so impressive.
Maybe there needs to be a time limit posted so others can enjoy the amenities as well

This hotel is run down and old. Beds are poor, pillows are small. Bathrooms are very dated
Lobby stinks of pool water.
Breakfast was very good and attendant was very helpful and friendly.
For the money it’s a tough decision to stay again.

I checked into my room and turned the heat on because it was cold in the room. A few minutes later it started smelling of fire then the fire alarm went off. I turned off the heat and the alarm eventually stopped. I told the person at the front desk. She said to wait 30 minutes then try again. I went back to my room but the smell and fumes were causing my throat to burn so I called the desk and said I couldn’t stay in the room, let alone feel comfortable with electrical problems with the heating unit. She gave me another room but it was in the recessed area with the elevators. People waiting for the elevator were standing right beside my door. The hotel was mostly empty, with only an around a dozen cars in the parking lot. Overall, not the best experience and a little scary when my room was filling with fumes and I was sent back in to that room and told to try turning it on again. Not the way to treat guests.

We were just staying one night for a concert but it was a really nice room. Very spacious and clean. I appreciate the little kitchen counter space if you were staying longer, it would be perfect! The bed was really comfy as well. Breakfast was great, it’s nice that they offer hot options because so many hotels have switched to just cereal/muffins etc.
