Best Western Plus Landmark Inn

They didn’t even clean the room upon arrival. We ended up finding a pipe in one of the dressers and there was goldfish on the floor.

Doors were jammed, vending machine wasn't working, and the housekeeping staff doesn't clean the room properly.

Great location

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Most importantly the bathroom/shower was clean. Breakfast was standard fare and I'm always appreciative for fruit and a waffle maker. Staff were friendly and it was fine given the price point. Only 12-15 min drive to Gunstock wgich was my destination.

Our room was disgusting. There was food in the floor, pubic hair in the shower and the mirrors were filthy.

The staff graciously accommodated my needs.

Attractive, clean, and well-maintained inn in a historic downtown location. WiFi, heat, and other amenities worked well. Coffee and juices always available (yay!). Only disappointment were the cooked (but not hot) items at breakfast, esp the sausages.

The property needs updating especially the pool area. Bathrooms are also in need of a remodel but the rooms and common areas are clean and staff is very friendly

The staff is not friendly and the pool is not clean looks dirty and the filters are not running. The lock in our room was broken we felt insecure

good hotel to spend 2 nights

Parking was a little difficult with the snow storm and odd that there is only one entrance for guests that was visible/easy to find in a storm coming from the far end of the lot.

I was surprised at how hip and charming the town center was; there were lots of nice choices for meals and shopping. The parking lot was convenient and there was a pharmacy in the same parking lot and a cute grocery store one block over. The hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly, always visible, and quick to help.

Comfortable enough for a hotel, but left room for cleanliness in the microwave area and juice dispenser. No recycling containers anywhere, but pool area was good.

I stayed for four days. Upon check out I was told I cannot have my security deposit unless I go clean the room myself!!!! I offered to leave a big tip as I was late but the staff smirked ignored me and proceeded to answer phone calls. I cleaned the room and realized I had bed bug bites and when I went down to breakfast I grabbed a fork and saw three cockroaches run from the canister!!!! Like what the hell i told the staff and they played dumb. Never have I experienced something like what I did here. Who forces someone to clean their own hotel room? Then the staff would not give me a trash bag to put stuff in. They played mind games and I’ll never come back. Don’t stay here!!!

i do like the location I found the pool not as warm as I had hoped. all in all nice visit

The room and bathroom were extremely dirty. The hallways smelled really bad and the overall condition of the hotel was terrible.
