My room was clean, but very musty-smelling, like there had been no fresh air in it for a while.
The bathroom has some cosmetic updates, but there is no bathroom counter. There is a tiny shelf over the toilet. Since there is no lid on the toilet, anything that falls off the little shelf falls right into the toilet.
The bed pillows had been folded in half for some reason! and stuffed into regular pillow cases. I battled with what felt like throw pillows all night.
A/C and refrigerator were very noisy.

Air conditioner had a hard time keeping up, it was extra hot out. The breakfast could have been a bit better for the hotel price. We were in room 207 and the shower had a constant drip, may want maintenance to look at that. Staff was friendly.

An older motel but updated. Breakfast was good, adequate choices. Was a quiet and low key place. Lots of good dining choices nearby. Registration was quick and staff were friendly and considerate. Would stay there again if our travels take us through Vermillion.
