Your typical basic motel which is what we were looking for. Room was clean and in working order Breakfast was OK, above just cereal and a pastry. Area seemed pretty safe and the parking lot was well lit. About 20 minutes from a concert in Wheatland.

If taking a pet then expect the worst room. Next to stairs or vending machines and always a dirty carpet. No place for pets to go. No grass anywhere. We had a long walk and it's not a great place to be walking. Pool and hot tub not kept up very well. Kind of dirty. Best thing for me was the Sizzler next door. The breakfast was just okay. Barely passable for the expense. Not really worth it. I will go elsewhere next time I'm in town.

The manager was wonderful. I checked in late and she made sure I felt safe and was very welcoming. The only downfall was the workout room. 2 out of 3 of the treadmills were out of order. The breakfast was also quite delicious. I will stay here again while in yuba city.

If you like waking up to the sound of roosters then this place is for you. Starting around 4:30am
Property, office, pool & spa were nice. Excellent customer service and breakfast. However; the bed in our room was the worst. Hard as a rock and it was not level. We both slip down the bed. The toilet is child size and tilted toward the tub. Not a fun experience if you have any back problems.
