Bridgeway Inn & Suites Sublimity

Great budget hotel!

Tried checking in after 9pm and you have to do it through a small window. There is random trash and garbage around the building. The pool was down. And our room was musky with lamps with no light bulbs and a window that doesn't like to open

Room was on first floor by parking area. Had people walking by window throughout night. Broken down or parted out car in parking lot. Pool, hot tub not working. Continental breakfast is coffee and few snacks. There is awesome bakery walking distance away that is amazing. Bed was very firm so if you like that it’s good. Staff were nice. Fairly cheap hotel so wasn’t expecting amazing.

This hotel was run down, the pool was down, and the neighborhood around seemed sketchy.

Took 30 minutes to check in. First room was not cleaned or prepared. Second room was usable but not good. Very dirty and unprofessional. Used cups, towels with hairballs in them, etc. It was so bad that we decided to go home early and not stay a 2nd night.

Okay, so the lobby was often closed. It was supposed to open at 7am, but it was not open when we were trying to check out and return our keys at 7:15. It was inconvenient. Overall the room was not very clean. There were spider webs surrounding the heater/air conditioner, the bathroom was not clean. The bathtub was dusty and the shower current was orange with mildew and soap scum. The sheets seemed clean. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but it worked, it was edible food except for the fruit which was all overripe with mealy apples. The staff was nice and there were no issues, but the room was just not well cleaned or taken care of.

Room given to me was used and dirty, bed wasnt made, used towel in the bathroom, and food and bottles on the counter top.

Our television did not work and clerk was not willing to help. I asked to switch rooms and she said no rooms open. They were not busy. Parking lot was not full. Maintenance came in the next day and said she should have offered another room and was not happy with the service we received.

It’s clean and quiet. I struggle with waiting 10 minutes at the desk before somebody comes to check me in. There is a serious language barrier and she tried to charge me again after I had already paid. I had to ask that she give me my I.D. And bank card back. She replied with”sorry , but I need them again”.

Not close to anywhere, pool is not available during the 4 days of stay, but on the website its say it is available. Limited food for the breakfast.

Extremely dirty

Got the reservation so my grandkids could play in the pool. Unsure why it wasnt opened but it was unavaila le even though the hot tub was clearly running. Electrical outlets wont hold charging blocks. Garbage behind the night stand.

Pool closed until further notice.

Nice room, microwave, refrigerator and quiet restful all good!!

My partner and I stayed at the Bridgeway Inn & Suites in Sublimity, Oregon, for four nights, booking the ADA-accessible room. We paid $80 a night—it was a budget option, but at what cost? The experience felt more like a $30–50 skid row motel than a quality budget stay. ADA Room Failures: The room was downstairs as requested, and the shower was walk-in/no step, but that’s where accessibility ended. The towel rack was hanging off the wall upon arrival, and despite multiple requests, maintenance took two days to respond. When they "fixed" it, they merely re-screwed it at an angle, leaving a sharp, jagged metal piece exposed—an injury waiting to happen, especially for someone with mobility issues. Dysfunctional Shower: The ADA shower was so narrow that movement was nearly impossible, and the shower curtain placement made the space even smaller. The showerhead was broken, with two poorly-rigged mounts—one sprayed directly out of the shower onto the floor, while the other was mounted so close to the ceiling that it was useless. When we complained, the front desk told us this was the only shower in the hotel where the showerhead couldn’t be repositioned, meaning we had to either hold it (physically impossible for us due to disability) or awkwardly leave it in a spot where it sprayed inefficiently. Lady at the desk was great. The pool has been shut down for years and should be removed as an amenity showing on the listing . Hotel really sucks , but , it's a safe , dry place to sleep.
