There were roaches and other bugs in the room. The bed was broken down. People were loud and there were discussions of drugs outside our windows at night. The staff did nothing when we complained. Housekeeping never cleaned our room or brought clean towels during our 4 day stay. When I asked old the manager at check out he slid $20 towards me and said sorry.

This was the worst experience ever. The reception staff did not help in any way. I wasn’t allowed to check in. I cannot get a refund.
I have travelled frequently and never, ever, experienced such terrible service. I cannot gauge cleanliness as I did not enter a room.

I got pink eye from sleeping here. Other people would blast their music until 2AM, someone would go around banging on doors trying to open them, the towels had curly hairs on them, the AC/heater sounded like it was going to bust.
