Found a contact lens in our bed during second day of our stay and we dont wear contacts.

Check in and out were very smooth. Staff was friendly.

Overall, the hotel was worth the value. The room was clean and conveniently located for Kings Island. The room layout was little awkward. For instance, you couldn't shut the bathroom door while in the bathroom. The pool floor was dirty, there were no pool towels and there was garbage on the tables.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time on the first day but the second day, noticed a bed bug crawling on a pillow. We packed up and I told the front desk lady that we were leaving and would like a refund for the next day (we were staying again) but didnt want to stay after finding the bug. I understand its not their fault, things happen. I was frustrated because I wanted a refund for the night we were not staying but I never got a clear answer on if it was happening or not when I left. I am pleased to say it has been refunded now. Thank you for handling this matter.

My stay was great! I was greeted as soon as the doors closed behind me. The staff were very welcoming & attentive. They offered to respond right away if a need arose….none did. The hotel is very nice, updated & surrounded by plenty of restaurants & shopping areas. This was my first time staying here & I was impressed. Will be using them in the future. My grandson swam & complained the water was cold after we had been advised it would be warm. That’s all I got🤗

The hotel is really nice the pool too. There was some downfalls during our stay but everyone was really nice an trying to accommodate us. Well be back. I think it's a nice hotel out of many that surround it. Our tv didn't work there was a leak in the room but they let us switch rooms hey the weather wasn't good at all they were doing there best I wish I could've got a free night stay I don't like complaining an they were accommodating us in everyway they could. The rooms are so nice with a kitchen and walk in shower. I'm sad to be checking out tomorrow but we'll definitely be back 💗

Our bathroom was covered in black hair. Asked to change rooms and the lady at the front desk got an attitude.

Billing confusion. I booked the room and gave my credit card for my friends sons. The hotel charged my guest in spite of them informing about the booking. It was really painful.

Check in was easy and quick! Receptionist Shalyn was very welcoming and polite

Staff was super nice and very accommodating. They're guest laundry option was a life saver, will definitely be back !

Wonderful experience! We stayed here while visiting some family and friends in Cincinnati. Highly recommend!
