The stay was okay the man that checked me in and out was a very rude person

Remote didn’t work. I spent 1.5 hours trying to turn TV on. After turning everything on via the direct tv box I finally discovered the batteries were in the remote control backwards and that’s why I spent my evening trying to get TV to come on. House keeping should make sure everything is in working order before they leave a room.

I don’t even like to leave negative reviews, but they earned this one! Like, where’s the management? I booked the 2 room suite, which I have before. First, the upholstery is peeling off every bar stool and off the desk chair. The room I got this time was total trash! First, I had to shove the door open like it hasn’t been opened in a while. Then, one of the bar stools and the ENTIRE couch was missing. Then, to add insult to injury, there was a freaking bug on the bed! I go to the desk, calm, asked for another room and without asking anything, the guy at the desk gave me a smaller room! That’s not what I paid for! It’s not the company, it’s the owner of this building! The Candlewood in south Richmond is where I ended up going and they are pristine! Avoid this one, and take the 15 minute drive! Trust me!

First got there was greeted. 1st room was not clean, return to deak and they correct it with no question asked nor fussing. Everyone of the staff I saw was very happy. I will return again.

Ok. Older property. Needs renovations. But clean.

I mean it was all right. The bed was uncomfortable. The air seemed did not work wasn’t really clean.

I was fine with the room; the grounds need cleaned up-beer/pop cans, chicken pieces, broken glass, plastic bags, etc. other wise very satisfied

Quiet and Quality

Out dated elevator didn’t work well room service no good and hotel receipt didn’t match the the bill

Room 215 smelled terrible, like cigarettes. The bed broke in the middle of the night. I have attempted to contact the manager several times, who is never available. I would like a full refund.

My stay was amazing in front of the staff was amazing as well!!

Great stay. Ive stayed here a few times before. My only complaint is the parking sucks! Not many spots in front of the property but plenty in the back if you want to walk past smokers every time you go in or out. I dont find it safe for anyone especially a woman being by themselves at night.

We were on our way to El Paso, Texas, for our sons wedding and rather than drive up early in the morning to catch our flight we stayed close to the airport and parking facility.

The front desk people are lazy and incompetent. There are other hotels very close by.

It was an enjoyable stay. The agent Husain was cold toward me when I asked for a first aide kit after I skinned my knees after a fall.
