Great Location

Overall great stay. Seamless check in, staff helpful and pleasant.

It was cumbersome to need to use room key to operate elevator. Also, air conditioner did not work and I did not call to have it fixed because I did not know how to use the mechanism (tablet) on the wall. When I called the office they sent maintenance, but they could not fix it. The stay was uncomfortable due to the air conditioner.

Club Quarters is one of my favorites. I've stayed in 2 other cities, none have disappointed me. The price is reasonable for the amenities and the locations are prime. I also have had very good experiences with the staff.

This hotel is very convenient to my office on Rector Street in the financial district. It is also within easy walking distance to the 1, 2, 3 lines and the 4, 5, 6 lines. It is in a very quiet location -- I was on the third floor and had no noise. Even though it's a little isolated at night, it's actually in a pretty safe location based on my experience with the area. The room itself was modern, with a good shower, comfortable bed, and good desk for working on a laptop.

Check in time is officially 3pm and we could not checking when we arrived at 5.15 pm and we had stuff to do. The front desk guy was apologetic and tried his best though. He seemed a bit overwhelmed.

I recently stayed at the Club Quarters Hotel, World Trade Center, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is unbeatable — right in Lower Manhattan with stunning views of the World Trade Center and close to multiple subway lines, which makes getting around the city super convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean and modern, with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there were thoughtful touches like a refillable water station on each floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. One of the best parts was the rooftop terrace with a direct view of One World Trade Center — perfect for unwinding after a day out in the city. There’s also a restaurant and bar on-site, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers looking for a clean, well-located, and reasonably priced place to stay in NYC.

The staff is always helpful, my room is always clean and I’ve always felt extremely safe here. While the rooms aren’t “luxurious”, they are decently furnished and I do enjoy sitting on the terrace (it’s one of the main reasons I stay here)!
