Hotel is old and needs fixtures and flooring to be replaced. Holes in the ceiling were creepy.
Breakfast was gross. Out of all the juices - just water. And no coffee - which is crazy.

The hotel stay was great. Only two issues. First, the coffee pot did not work. Second, one of the pillows smelled bad. I turned it into the desk for them to check. The bed was very comfortable. I will make comfort inn my highest priority the next time I need a place to stay.

Property was in remodel and was not advertised. Bathroom was gross, bed comfortable. At check in the agent made a photo copy of my credit card because the system froze, I do not like having the idea of my card info on a piece of paper laying around. Overall wasn’t horrible experience

Despite calling the front desk twice & being told it would be handled, there were choldren screaming in the hallway & in the next room all night long. With the paper-thin walls, it made sleep almost non-existent. We would not stay here again if you paid us!

We were traveling for nearly 30 hours. I made a mistake and booked the wrong Comfort Inn and literally realized it no more than 5 minutes later, and they would not let me cancel...no refund...nothing! That particular Comfort Inn would have taken us totally off course. Comfort Inn in Clarion, Ohio.
How is it you have to pay for a service you did not receive.
