The rooms were very clean and spacious. I was actually shocked at how large they were. This was the perfect location for us to be next to the cruise terminals. The hotel is also walking distance from different restaurants.

We were in a room facing the river, the view was amazing, however there were many yacht and boats passing by and all of them had loud music on and were partying. The windows in the hotel room are very flimsy and did not block noise at all. My whole family did not sleep well, it was a terrible stay and we were disappointed.

It’s very dirty area unless you’re okay with just being there for cheap night.
I really didn’t like a lot of people on feet and also the hard driving at night like it was Furious 5 racing’s noise.

The room was extremely small for the price and there were no chairs to sit in. There were only very small boxes. When we called down to ask for a chair, we were told you don’t give out extra furniture. This was very disappointing.

Upon check in i was charges a $17 service fee for what i do not know. I have never had this happen in all of my years of booking through expedia. So, instead of the room costing $150 per room it ended up $167 per room. The complaint is not with cost but the fact that i booked it at one price and was chargeed more at checkin. The staff couldn't tell me what that charge was for which makes it completely frustrating. Will never stay here again.

The lobby was so hot and humid, one of the elevators was out of order so the whole hotel had to use one elevator that took FOREVER. The gym pictures do not match reality. Huge empty soace with 4 items, so odd. When we got up to our room it wasn’t clean. Empty food container on the night stand and dirty linen.
