I truly enjoyed my stay here. Parking was easy and free! There was someone attempting loitering on the parking deck, but management responded quickly and effectively! We were greeted by a helpful staff member and given complimentary bottled water. They also had lemon infused water in the check in lobby! Breakfast was simple but accommodating! They actually had eggs and meat. Most places is just cereal and bread fruit and juice. Check out was smooth! We also had a great view of the city and interstate from our room!

Clean, comfortable room. Plenty of parking, bonus for me with 2 breweries within a block walking distance! Room was large, a little noisy on freeway side, but that's why I bring a white noise generator. Very close to all downtown attractions, I would gladly stay here any time I visit Little Rock

The breakfast was great. The pool was great. We asked the maid to remake one of our beds because we spilled something on it. She said we were on the list and showed us her list, but she never came for three days after two requests.

The stay was an overnight and ok. The hotel definitely needs some updating. There were large cracks in the sink and the couch cushions were sagging. The beds were very firm. The biggest issues: we killed a large spider on the bed when we got there and a cockroach the next morning when we were packing, which caused us to unpack and check all of our clothing and bags. When we got home my mother found what looks like a spider bite on the back of her thigh.

This place is great. They have the best hospitality! Sherell a top notch manager. If u are having a rough day, see Antwan AKA TA TA at the bar! Hes aure to make you laugh. Im not here on pleasure ir business, I'm here cause my granddaughter is at Arkansas Childrens. This place is the BEST! THANK you Sherell for building an amazing team!! We love you!!

This is my second time to Little Rock due to my granddaughter being at Childrens. This hotel is the best! The staff is lead by a great manager Sherell! Sherell remembered me from 9 months ago when my granddaughter was first here at children's. Im from AZ and there truly is Southern Hospitality! If i have to come back, this will always be my hotel of choice! Thank you Sherell for having an amazing team!!! Sincerely, Jamie
