Comfort Inn & Suites Rocklin - Roseville

The facility is clean as was my room. The only issue I had was the bed in room 245. It was the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. I contacted the front desk at 4:00AM to try to change rooms and was told the hotel was fully booked. The young lady at the front desk offered a roll away bed which I thought would be just as bad . I requested enough pillows to make a bed for myself on top of the mattress. (this request was happily fulfilled) The pillows did not make it a pleasant stay, but as least I got a little sleep. The bed in room 245 needs to be replaced!

Hotel was good for what was needed. Bed was stiff, not my personal choice, but still comfortable. There looked to be a good breakfast on site ( I did not eat). Couple fast food and breakfast places very close by. Will stay here again.

Initially no one at front desk for check in. First room we were assigned smelled like smoke, put on hold waiting to ask for different room- finally get to new room that smelled better, but did not have bedding for fold out couch- had to go down to front desk to obtain- given sheets that were too small- had to make ANOTHER trip to desk for proper bedding- all this with 2 infants in tow past their bedtimes. 😞

My stay was excellent

Everything was great until morning at about 6am. Then it got real loud. Voices and the cleaning staff were really noisy. Vacuums were banding into walls, people were yelling in the hallways. It was a great stay until morning.

This was our 2nd stay here. 1st stay we booked we stayed on one side of the hotel, it was nice and quiet. This time we stayed on the other side and it was loud. You could hear everything above us and the rooms next to us. Fire alarm going off at 11:40pm was also a big negative...not sure what happened, there was no communication, after everyone waiting in the hallways for 10min the alarm went off and everyone decided to just go back to bed.

Staff was great. Location is close to the Galleria.

It was very rundown and dirty. There was trash from previous guests in the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke.

I did not like that they never came in to clean the room in the 4 nights we stayed. We could pick up clean towels at front desk if we asked, but our room was never attended to. Location was good. Breakfast was included.

Clean and neat inside. Good location. Grounds needed a spring cleaning. Staff needed to look up from the desk occasionally in the evening. Would stay there again!

Quick check-in, every one was super helpful. Room was clean, no complaints :-)

Booked a room through hotel.com late the night before for next day afternoon check in. Drove 7 hours. Arrived, front counter told me I was a no show, check in was due for 3pm yesterday. Hotel.com and actual front desk staff wasn't any help. They charged my CC for the room already too and wouldn’t refund it. Still wouldn’t even modify it and sell me a room for today. Don’t book a single night in advance. Their system will mess it up and keep your reservation deposit which is basically prepaying the first night fee.
