A lot of premium tv channels, but worn out electrical outlets on lamp bases. Most do not work anymore

The pros: front desk staff and the breakfast attendant were SUPERB. The room was nice and cold, bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. The cons: Pool area is very dingy and small (a group of 6+ people came in and that made it VERY crowded). We got down to breakfast at 8 and it was very picked over (6:30-9). There are too many tables for the small dining area and if it’s crowded, it’s very hard to navigate. The hallway on the 3rd floor was HOT and stuffy. Overall, the hotel just needs a fresh facelift in general. Beware of the area of town, it’s not a “walk down to the restaurant” site (even though there are restaurants very close); just a bit on the rough side.

They were very friendly

The hotel was in a great location and it was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. The food was bland but it is understandable. The front door needs fixing, you want to wait a couple of seconds before it opens. My TV did not work. I went to the front desk they said to point it towards a box on the wall and it should come on. I did that but nothing. I didn't feel like going back down to the front desk so I just didn't watch TV. I would go back to this hotel. Other than the TV, there are no complaints.

The staff were nice and tried to be helpful. Room key card reader was about to fall off, no sheets or pillows for the pull out couch and barely got one to use for it. The property did not feel safe to be at.

The stay overall was good. We stayed two nights. The key cards kept deactivating. When they were activated, they barely work in the slot. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The woman working the night shift on 05/02 was extremely rude. Everyone else was kind and helpful. You get what you pay for.

It was clean . Good breakfast

No one was ever at the desk. The breakfast was terrible and the lady putting it out was rude. The elevator was broke most of the time. The only good thing was the pool was actually warm and enough to enjoy it and swim.

Much was not right with this hotel. Front door opened only when you get right on it. Business center was completely non functional. No computer, no keyboard, printer not plugged into anything. Hot tub not working and had no sign to indicate such but the front desk knew about it. Hotel needs attention.

We arrived a bit early but we were able to go ahead and check in. Sue at the front desk was a peach! She was helpful and any questions we had she had the answer to. Great on/off to interstate.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, checking was simple and stress free. Property area was well lit and appeared maintained. Indoor Pool area may need a ventilation upgrade but area was easy to access

Pool was very small & hot tub was not in complete working order. Lobby was dirty. Breakfast was very crowded and not enough food. Took only cash deposit to be held for checkout. Was very unorganized and took a long time to get cash deposit back in order to leave the property.

Check in was long and we felt unsafe

Most bizarre and irritating hotel experience I've ever had. Upon arrival, after booking and paying for the room online, I was informed that the hotel required a $100 cash-only deposit for the stay. This couldn't be held on a credit card, it had to be paid in cash. It was 11:00pm with no ATM in the vicinity so I pushed back and showed the front desk attendant that this requirement was not disclosed anywhere on the hotel's online info, nor in the confirmation email, nor in any documentation on the property. After some discussion she agreed to let me check in without the unexpected, undisclosed $100 cash deposit. The check-in process proceeded to take almost an hour, with the front desk attendant staring at the computer screen for long periods of time and physically going up to the room at one point to verify it was clean. Bizarre. When I inquired about where to park because the front lot was full, I was told that I could "probably park in the back of the hotel. I don't think you're supposed to, but I haven't heard of anyone getting towed." Again bizarre. The parking lot had many warnings notices about theft, and the fence and building had been tagged with graffiti in multiple places. Around midnight we finally got into our room, which was somewhat rundown but had decent bed. I fell asleep with my fingers crossed our car wouldn't get towed or broken into. I do not recommend this hotel.

Many things were in disrepair at the hotel, such as a btoken make-up mirror in the bathroom. However, the worst thing was a pile of toe nails next to the trash can. They obviously didn’t vacuum. The neighborhood was sketchy. The bed was very comfortable though, and the couch set up was nice.

It wasn’t good at all my wife and I would love to get our money back the hotel was just filthy. We was there for like ten minutes and we couldn’t do it anymore

Stayed there because our daughter had a cheer competition nearby. We really enjoyed the hotel, but we wish the pool water was heated.

We had wonderful front desk people who were very kind. The property is very tired and in need of updating however. The mini-fridge was extremely noisy and bothered my husband greatly so we asked if it could be changed out. We got back late last evening and didn't notice until this morning that when the fridge had been changed out or worked on, someone had set the fridge on the highest setting. I had insulin and food in the fridge. Everything was frozen inside!! We complained to the front desk and were told that the property manager would be informed. We were very upset and haven't heard anything from the property manager. We checked out this morning.

The hotel bathroom fan did not work abd the cable box would just randomly turn off. One of the front doors would not open from the outside at times. The pool was good and the beds where nice.

We found a roach in the toilet, stains on the carpet, the bathtub would not drain, and the breakfast was dismal at best. Also, it's regrettable but there are a lot of homeless walking through the property and living in camps surrounding it.
