It was really nice to stay there, I was really nice, I love the staff, but I didn't have a chance to breakfast cause I didn't wake up on time besides I like every thing about it

I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful the checkin staff was during a difficult time in my life. Chaira at the front desk was so friendly the first time I checked in when I was down to tend to a sick parent. When I had to come back a few days later after my mother passed Chiara remembered me and was so pleasant and kind. She made me feel better on a day that was difficult. I was able to get an early checkin and Chiara and Emilia were very helpful and delightful. I was comfortable the first time I was here and that made a why I chose this hotel for my return trip

Also very close to beach. Very Clean. Staff friendly and welcoming.

I would NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN! I got BEDBUGS, from there of course they told me there weren’t any after I showed pictures of my arm, and my doctors papers stating that’s what it was!! And the worst thing after I told them what room I was in, they said they had people in there and would get the pest control people in there after they checked out!! That’s just wrong!! It’s a health violation, and it’s Disgusting! So if you were in room 119 on June 4th 2025. I really hope you were lucky and did not get them!!

Conveniently we got our room when we arrived early, however the room was above noisy air con units and the air con unit in our room was so noisy we had to switch it off! Although it was a non smoking room it smelt as if it had been smoked in! A bit disappointing!

Didn’t know if I could drink the water, it had a stench and smelt kind of off. Ac kept everyone awake, so loud… noise cancellation headphones are required. Bathroom was nice.

The room was not clean and the housekeeper walked pass the room numerous times and marked the room as completed, the hallway also had a bag full of dirty towels and left there all night disgusting, I will not come there ever again

Worst stay ever I was accused by the front desk clerk of doing something illegal when a family member was coming to drop something off. I emailed the manager and never received a response. As of yet I would never stay here again.
