The hotel staff were friendly. Hotel room was very clean! The pool was nice and gym area was great to work in.

It smelled amazing as soon as I stepped in, it’s really really clean and well maintained, I was given a complimentary snack bag and the room was in tip top shape. I did, however, have an issue with how the front desk agent, Kyle, placed my cards down on the desk instead of handing them to me. I found it quite rude.

The a area was great for shopping but the hotel has lots of kids eunning in the hallways when we arrived. It was a little annoying but not the hotel's fault was buay

I was in the room for a few minutes and went into the bathroom and when I turned on the light I found a roach. We went downstairs to the desk and all I said was " I would like my room switched" They didn't ask me my room number or why I wanted to switch. After I got the new room key I said " I wanted my room switched because we found a roach on the floor in the bathroom" They also don't have any big tables for you to sit at and eat if you order food from somewhere other than their food. We had to sit on the couches with our kids to eat.

We enjoyed our stay. Its so close to alot of stores, restaurants (eat in and take out), activities. The room was clean but they did miss a few spots in the bathroom but no biggies. We had a balcony room and it was nice. I recommend this hotel. 🙂
