Had phenomenal service inside the hotel and experienced the most friendliest people on the street as we walked down to Union Square. Everyone greeted us kindly and wished us Happy New Year all week. The Union Square/Tenderloin areas offer the most delicious food and friendliest people.

The front desk staff and doormen were helpful and very friendly. They gave me some helpful and safe suggestions. They were super nice.
The location is not the greatest due to the noise on the street at night. The room was small but just right. The only downfall was the bar and food situation, during our stay the bar wasn't open.
If you stay here go to the Japanese restaurant right across the street, it's delish.

The hotel was very nice inside, the rooms were nice and clean the only thing is outside of the hotel and the area around felt unsafe due to homelessness and people that seemed to be on drugs.

The stay was great. Hotel employees were quick with smiles and service, walking into the
lobby off the street was pleasant. Transportation was easy and available. The only thing I wouldn’t rate a 5 star for is the street it is on. It’s not terrible but not great either.

Remodeling. Big dumpster outside. Appears that there are city ambassadors outside hotels keeping an eye on neighborhood. Small rooms but comfy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cute cafe inside. Would definitely stay again. Close proximity to Union Square.

A lot of renovations going on, was made to go down through the construction which had wet paint and step and trip hazards, was noisy in the evening and street outside of the hotel stunk of human urine.
