This was a great location! Only a 15-20 minute walk to everything! Right beside the hotel was the subway which makes everything easy! Very clean hotel and the staff were very helpful!

Overall pleased with hotel however we were disappointed in the air conditioning system. The air conditioner stopped running in the middle of the night even though the thermostat was set at 68. We woke up in the middle of the night both nights of our stay because we became quite hot. Upon checking the thermostat it was 72 degrees in the room. Why didn’t the temperature remain at 68 through the night?

Hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful. The tvs don’t work as they are connected to the internet service and when there is too much volume you can’t use the tv, which is ridiculous. We had to call for someone to come and get our tv on 3 times. The “engineer” would be very nice and switch a plug, switch the remote, etc but eventually we realized the reason we couldn’t get a signal to watch tv.
