The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were rude and only did minimal cleaning of my room. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in the facinity of the motel. I was easily able to reserve an additional night's room. It was very quiet,with the exception of slamming doors. The doors just didn't have rods to slow down the speed of closing.

The room was good size… that’s the only positive. Carpet was dirty with a used Kleenex at the foot of the bed. There is what looked like white dog hair on the office chair, seat cushion, as well as the entire couch that was stained and disgusting.. My shoes were sticking to the bathroom floor. Giving this place one star is way too generous. If you’re a reviews person like I am, stay elsewhere. But the inside and outside of the property are resting and look extremely unappealing and ugly.

This was by far the single worst hotel I have ever booked. This was like a drug den. Walls were stained with who knows what, bedding was full of cigarette burns and also stained, stains in floor and chair, wallpaper missing from bathroom wall. We left and are seeking a refund. I would rather have slept in my car than to have spent the night here

I am so ashamed that this hotel is open in Saint Louis! I flew a 15 hour flight from Kuwait. I stopped at this hotel to meet my family because I was preparing for a connecting flight to Mexico, i couldn’t properly rest after choosing such a smelly, never cleaned, and unbelievably dirty place. The balcony windows were filthy, the carpeted in the corridors & rooms were dirty, and there was hair in the uncleaned showers and bed!!! I was so afraid of possible bed-bugs.

This was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. It smelled horrible, the drapes were hanging off of the rods, there was an awful stain on the carpet between the beds, the carpet in general was so filthy that we were nervous to walk without shoes, the tub didn't drain properly, the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls, and all in all just a dismal, dirty room. It shouldn't ever be rented out. Beware!!!!!

Filthy disgusting I don’t recommend anybody visiting this hotel. What you see on the hotels website advertise for this hotel is not what you get. Everything is stained the carpet the tile the walls the bed the couch. The parking lot is very sketchy lots of loitering. The room smelled like
Smoke and musty basement. I can’t upload the videos but the pictures tell the experience.
The manager does not take accountability and makes excuse’s for it all. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!!

Its absolutely disgusting the place is so dirty and the room dont even get me started. The pictures arent even if the hotel. Our room had dried blood all over the floor. Of you are looking to get bed bugs out maybe robbed stay here! Absolutely disgusting!

This hotel is in extremely poor condition. Furniture in the room was broken, lamp shade was cracked, toilet seat was cracked, bed was coming off the frame, couch was dirty. I asked the girl at the front desk for some clean towels and she said that I had to wait until 10:00 and ask housekeeping. It wasnt that she did not have any available, she said that she would get in trouble if she gave out extra towels to guests. I will make sure that I skip this location in the future.
