Overall accommodations were satisfactory. The interior seems a bit dated. It was clean and affordable. Having included breakfast (though limited) is a plus.

I checked in and went to my room. As I was walking down the hallway on the floor I was on, I walked passed a disgusting dirty, used towel and washcloth in the middle of the hallway. I got to my room and put my bags down and was going to put my water in the refrigerator. I specifically searched the hotel listing to make sure the rooms had at least a minifridge because of having kidney issues I am required to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day. There was NO refrigerator in the room. So I went down to the front desk and waited about 10 minutes for an employee to come. When she did, I asked about the refrigerator and said there was not one in my room. She texted someone and proceeded to tell me that there are only 2 people working there and I would get it when I get it. I understand that a lot of places are short handed. I told her ok, as soon as possible is fine. As I was walking away she continued to talk about how there’s only 2 people working and when there’s time I would get it. Nothing that night. Got up in the morning to go about my day and the disgusting dirty towels were still in the same place as the day before. I came back later in the afternoon and still no refrigerator. My husband got one of the ice buckets and went to the ice machine, which did not work. So I continued to drink my water warm. Which is not the issue. No refrigerator period even after asking for one, disgusting dirty towels in the hallway. Requesting a refund.

Average. Def needs updating. Breakfast was limited. Waffles, cereal, bread. Front desk girl was super nice. Our first room the cold water didn’t work in the shower and she didn’t hesitate to move us. It’s fine to just sleep no long term stay. Bed were eh.. bathrooms were small.

The staff went above and beyond our expectations.

Paid for upgraded room which I did not receive. Front desk employee was great. Hallways and entrances smelt of smoke all night and morning long. Would not stay here again.

Great staff, room was super comfortable and clean and will be frequenting this hotel!

Needs updates

The bathtub was old and not looking too clean. The toilet was cracked. The breakfast was disappointing.

first off, this picture is not the room i got .. my room. had.. NO carpet. NO coffee maker. NO workin remote. came with only 1 cup 1 soap 1 shampoo.. the hair dryer almost cut my finger off, the backin where the fan is, was missing., bathRoom had only 1 outlet far from the sink. . the water, when it ran,, was hot.. the tub had 80grit slip preventive.. so if you took a bath, as i do, your butt gets sand papered off!! the heater was so loud it kept me awake. too bad i cant post the pictures i took.. in short.. NEVER again!

Property was digusting. Should be closed down because of how filthy it is.

I guess it’s ok if you don’t mind smelling pot throughout the whole place, including the front desk. The room was ok at best but the halls and elevator were filthy. We definitely would never go back.

Toilet was sluggish and were told to just hold the handle longer. Almost no breakfast available.

Close to the highway.
